Support does not respond! I lost access to my account
If it seems they haven't responded at all, you should check your spam or junk folder for an automated email you need to respond to. Those sometimes are sent out in certain cases.
Additionally, when did you first try and contact support?
Still waiting to hear anything at all......can't get back in after update on my PC or my phone......To think about all the money that I feel is wasted........I am pissed off .....I have reinstalled and dumped cache etc a few times.....I noticed last night a ton of password resets and multi log-in....how can my account be logged in to three devices at the same time?
Yes. Support reply that they will recover the account and ask for a new email. Then they went quiet for several days now with no update. If I message you the support service numbers, can you check the status?

Yes. Thats my friend - we did not realise that you do not encourage the posting of service numbers. Basically he just want to know if the service request is being worked on or what happens to it?
Hello. I no longer know who and where to write messages asking for help. 08.07.24 my um69795454 | 67983708 account has been stolen. The attacker linked Google authenticator to it. I can no longer log in to my account. Your support team ignores me and does not respond. More tickets have already been sent and there is still silence from support. Please help me restore my account.

When did you contact support?
I haven't played this game since Feb 2020 and have spent thousands and I logged in recently and it's not even my account. All my characters, items, wep, armor, levels, etc etc are gone and swapped with some level 15 garbage line up. I've contacted support, sent in pages and pages of purchases, and I just keep getting automated replies telling me to wait. This has been going on for over 2 weeks.
I thought I posted earlier but I guess it didn't go through. I quit playing in Feb 2020 and recently logged in and it's someone else's account. I spent several thousand on mine and had one heck of a team and all the best characters, again I spent thousands, and now everything is gone. Support keeps giving me automatic replies after I sent them page upon page of purchase proof. All my weapons, levels, characters, etc, etc, are gone and I've been giving some garbage line up. I don't know what to do.
ive changed my password. But then it asks for Google Authenticator code. Which i never had that app nor my account set up to do this. So i downloaded the app, yet i get no code. I also received a password recovery request in my email earlier this morning. i NEVER requested that this morning. I cant log in; i cant play. When will i be able to get this fixed. Seems like its taking forever while im missing out of tournaments, events, fusions, fragment summoning, ect.. UGH( this is not the account i cant log in on- this is a different account im using cuz i cant log in on the accounbt with the issue)
