Well, Harl... still no word from Plarium... I saw your post about how they're working hard to remedy the issue, but if this is how they hand this sort of thing, it doesn't bode well for future problems. I'll be following this thread from here on out. Any help you might provide would be appriceated.
Finally got my account back too! The longest 13 days of my life, but glad to finally get it back. And in one piece, might I add. I've heard some horror stories of the hackers pulling all the shards and using the gems to pull more shards, and then fooding the legendaries that people have gotten, and i'm glad that my account was all in one piece.
16 days without account, unlike all the others who are "happy" getting their accounts back I feel like this is the biggest scam of them all. Imagine what could you do in 16 days ingame. No compensation, missed events and so on, all caused by your side... PS. Im not happy to get my account back.

I'm sorry you went for so long without your account. Have you gotten your issue fixed and gotten your account returned to you?
Plarium Play was working one day, and not the next (10/21/2021). I can still use my mobile (iOS) platform, just not the PC, which is a bummer. 10 days and counting...
Three support requests, and finally an answer today. Sadly, Support did not actually read my message or look at the Cloudflare screenshot (Error 1010 access denied, banned based on browser signature) or my log (pp_log.txt). They just sent me their 'Common loading issues' support email.
I tried rebooting PC, rebooting WiFi, logging in with/without a VPN, uninstalling and reinstalling Plarium Play, clearing the cache, updating Visual C++ libraries, updating DirectX. All proved futile.
I have 3 accounts and have been playing approx 5 weeks, no issues.
I noticed this morning the login screen had changed, but thought nothing of it.
Now 2 out of the 3 accounts (according to the new login screen) have been deleted.
I have spent alot of time, effort and money on these accounts, I wouldn't delete them.
Is this related to this thread issue or is it something else?
Contacted support in game and via website as the login screen suggested, so far nothing but an automated response.
Any help would be appreciated.
I'm not against tightening security, but what happened is inexcusable. If you're going to ban people, you need to be absolutely certain there's unauthorized access. Missed out on the Sigmund fusion, as well as other rewards. Took support over a week to finally unban me.
For me, reason was "Investigation"... The whole situation makes me very nervous about supporting the game, even though it's been weeks since my unban. The situation with 2 factor not being enforced on mobile is even scarier, in terms of security.
I'm not mad... just disappointed, because I love the game.

If you've opened a support ticket, that's the way to go. Keep us posted. I know support will be able to take care of you.
Support have been in contact, I've given them the details they require.
They couldn't /wouldn't tell me how they got deleted, when I asked
They found one account but not the other (my main) but think that was due to a spelling error on my in game ID. Which I corrected.

I need help with my account.. i believe it is hacked.. i already send pictures and information of the problem to plarium.. but no human response.. no help at all.. i have spend money ...it says my email does not exist although it does help someone ?? i have my id and old reciepts of the ingame purchases.. help ..
