good morning did a ticket  . came back to game had to take a break because of work load.

but till this is resoved not spending any more real money. last year spent alot to get this game where i wanted so hope we can make this rifgt soon ty

Updated   to  latest version  but   lost  all  data.  Goes  straught  to  start. How   do  I  get to  original/   dony   wany  to  lose  4 months  of  data.

I'm posting here because I've filled out 2 support tickets in the last month and nothing. My issue is I entered the wrong email. The email I entered has an extra M in .Com. I cannot confirm or change the email because it DOES NOT EXIST. Please help me by making a way for me to change my email to something that exists. I've spent thousands of dollars and I'd like to be able to verify my email. I'm f2p until this issue is resolved.

I have not yet received a response from support. It's been several weeks. I'm not sure if they are emailing my non existent email. I'd think they could just send me a message on

Ah, good point. Hmm, perhaps try the below link to put in a ticket. 

You can put in the email address you want them to respond too, when you get the first automated email, reply to it and you should hear back relatively quickly. Perhaps include a screenshot of the email you accidentally entered to show the error

this would be useful if support actually did anything. i sent them the proof they wanted and they've just gone dark.

Filled out a ticket today. For whatever reason, there was a connection issue and I was prompted to log out and log back in. I did so and when the game loaded, I was set back to level 18. I was level 30! It was as if my account was reset to when I had just started playing. I dumped over 80 dollars into this game! 

I lost all my progress, my hard earned team, a $9.99 subscription and $70 worth of booster and armor packs. (Google play confirms I paid for services, apparantly, not rendered). I'm a new player and was having fun until now. 

I'm gonna give you guys your 48hrs to respond/resolve this before I take any further action. I'm too old for this crap....

Hrm, I've never heard of this before. Sorry to hear it. 

Nonetheless, please be patient with support while they get to your issue. I understand it can be frustrating, but keep in mind support times might be a bit longer than usual.

he ruined this whole game since that dead lengedar put in. me with 4 players 60 against 1 58 can't cope, it's crap, I think I'll give up on this game

i provided your support with everything i could even recites from purchases that they go down to 1 year+ and the answer was you dont provide me with things that i can help you!!!its a shame...losing all that time and money only because you dont want to help me

Also, an update is that Plarium is working with us right now to help us figure this out. We checked in about it today with them.

There doesn't seem to be a very positive outlook in this thread. I'm still working with dthorne on my account ...it just sucks it's been about 2 weeks.

How long does it take on average to recover an account lost following the last update.
all the elements have been provided twice and still no return since February 8th.
