Hi I ve had my account hyjacked earlier today. Is there anything I can do to speed it up? I ve sent a support ticket and provided details about the id, clan, last transaction reciept, arena, cb team, nickname.
I need help with my account.. i believe it is hacked.. i already send pictures and information of the problem to plarium.. but no human response.. no help at all.. i have spend money ...it says my email does not exist although it does help someone ?? i have my id and old reciepts of the ingame purchases.. help .. Has support gotten back to you at this point? Or do you still need help? Normally it just takes a couple days to get really moving on these.
So plarium losing my account, and have not done anything in 3 weeks. is just pure waste of time and money.

,dissconncebook without plarium ID, I wrote ticket. Time and date of lig in , clan, nickname, lvl phone number, receipts, how likely am I to get content back ?
The receipts should have helped. How did this work out?

day 16 no help got hacked account stole whatever changed password after authenticator deleted game uninstalled game cant find email linked to plarium id i have plarium id problem is theres nowhere to just put in my plarium id and have you guys restore my game i spent alot of time and a boatload of money im frustrated basically just pissed
i dont want another automated responce that tells me to do sopmething that doesnt work i want to talk to somebody im tired of making tickets

I took plariums advice and uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but still can't log in, I just summoned new legendaries and would love to work on them, Plarium is doing this on purpose..tell the truth
To tell the truth they are not. You not being able to play the game is nothing but a negative for Plarium.

I am already waiting over 50 days, techsupport do NOTHING, but when i write 5 tickets, they just closed all tickets with "solved", but don't even write a single word! They are absolutely useless!

Обратился в поддержку за помощью, и далее вы выполнили все условия по заполнению заявки: данные аккаунта, приложил скрины.
Это с лучом произошло 10.11.2023, но меня до сих пор порывают, не дают многочисленные запросы в техподдержку и на электронную почту. У меня прокачаный аккаунт, играю с 2019 года. Помогите хоть кто нибудь!!!
