I'm posting here because I've filled out 2 support tickets in the last month and nothing. My issue is I entered the wrong email. The email I entered has an extra M in .Com. I cannot confirm or change the email because it DOES NOT EXIST. Please help me by making a way for me to change my email to something that exists. I've spent thousands of dollars and I'd like to be able to verify my email. I'm f2p until this issue is resolved.

I have not yet received a response from support. It's been several weeks. I'm not sure if they are emailing my non existent email. I'd think they could just send me a message on

You can put in the email address you want them to respond too, when you get the first automated email, reply to it and you should hear back relatively quickly. Perhaps include a screenshot of the email you accidentally entered to show the error

Filled out a ticket today. For whatever reason, there was a connection issue and I was prompted to log out and log back in. I did so and when the game loaded, I was set back to level 18. I was level 30! It was as if my account was reset to when I had just started playing. I dumped over 80 dollars into this game!
I lost all my progress, my hard earned team, a $9.99 subscription and $70 worth of booster and armor packs. (Google play confirms I paid for services, apparantly, not rendered). I'm a new player and was having fun until now.
I'm gonna give you guys your 48hrs to respond/resolve this before I take any further action. I'm too old for this crap....

Hrm, I've never heard of this before. Sorry to hear it.
Nonetheless, please be patient with support while they get to your issue. I understand it can be frustrating, but keep in mind support times might be a bit longer than usual.
