Long story short, I had to replace my phone and when I brought the apps over Raid was the only one that didn't save my password. No matter what I do, my main account won't load. Only a level 2 account I made by accident comes up on my phone and my computer when I log in or try and switch accounts. Before this my main account came up first on the computer and the phone.. I eventually contacted Customer Support over this issue. We did a few back and forth e-mails over 3 or so days to get them the info they needed to find my main account using my prurcahse information from Google Play . One e-mail from them about every day.
8 days ago I got them the information they needed and I haven't heard a word from them since. No "we got the info. We are working on it." Nothing. 3 or 4 days in a row I got an e-mail every day moving the case along. Now nothing for 8 days once they have all the info they need. I even made two more tickets and updated the old one a few times and the best I get is a canned response to the new tickets. To me it's as if they lost the account and don't want to deal with it any more.. I spent almost $1000 the last month on this game because of the anneversary stuff and at least double that since November. Now they can't even restore my account? The really worrisome thing is they were responding promptly until they got all the info they needed.
I had a couple of other games where I had a similar issue and I was able to restore my accounts with 2 or 3 clicks of a button.
I took plariums advice and uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but still can't log in, I just summoned new legendaries and would love to work on them, Plarium is doing this on purpose..tell the truth
To tell the truth they are not. You not being able to play the game is nothing but a negative for Plarium.
Please open a Support Ticket here if you haven't yet restored your access to your account.
Joker, two weeks it is nothing...
I am already waiting over 50 days, techsupport do NOTHING, but when i write 5 tickets, they just closed all tickets with "solved", but don't even write a single word! They are absolutely useless!
And now moderator here, just delete message or close thread, most non-customer-oriented company ever!
Just give me at least some tiny little kind of answer at all...
