Kk, I figured since Siege feedback is all part of this thread if we can get some more Mods to bang on about Siege issues, it's a win win.

So glad we got the Stronghold down last week... it was almost another DRAW! The fact that Siege can STILL end in a DRAW is ridiculous...

Yeah I don't know why some people are so hostile to Discord. I mean there's definitely some servers that are hellscapes and I'm not a fan of it always trying to upsell me to use more emojis but as far as chatting with people of similar interests (especially the Survival-Craft gaming genre) I love the Discords I'm a part of.

I do avoid the super-huge ones with like 10s of 1000s of members (which I'm assuming the official RSL has)

To be a Mod, you have to ocmmit to reading every post on the RSL Discord every day?

No, it's a personal quirk/borderline obessive complusive thing with me.

If I join a discord, I read *every* post.

For that matter here on this forum, I manage to stick almost exclusively to game discussion, sometimes tech support, but I have read literally every post made since I joined (except ones that get deleted before I see them)

This. The larger the group/frequency of posts just breaks it for me.  I just don't think it scales 

Trips being a bit dramatic aside, this is pretty standard stuff for big servers, yeah. People form cliques and to be fair, that often leads to people just being jerks for no real reason.

I've been fortunate to find some gems from Discord and made some pretty good friends over the years but it's definitely an exception, not a rule.

There is a fair level of communication involved and sometimes a good chunk of work behind the scenes.

That's why I always have a reason when I'm being a jerk (even if I'm the only one who knows it)

Someone suggested it might be because of rsl helper or HH optimizer running, but I havent used either of them since my last reboot and still had the interminable lag.

yeah it's been there for me independent of background stuff. it's just bad, bad, bad.

So, this Siege, I had the game lock up trying to open the battle screen, which required a restart, but far far worse, I also had the game lock up while launching a battle, so I lost my LAST attack scroll and it also did not credit that I used the attack scroll, so I cannot do any rebattles against that team. 

Making that even worse is that it is is a uber-tough team in the enemy Stronghold that already has 8 Defensive wins against my Clanmates, and now my hands are tied to do anyhting about it.

Curious if anyone can help before Siege ends. There's a really awful team that is blocking victory and I'd love suggestions on how to counter this:

Siphi and Marichka have speed of over 390, they're also both in stoneskin but only 1 turn. I cannot outspeed them, so what "Go Second" team should I build. I've checked all gear combos and the highest speed I can get is my own Siphi to 386 and she's still not fast enough.

If you are going to have to take the first hits from Taras & Odin, who do you have in High Res Stoneskin builds?

Pythion mainly, but that's the thing. Free Gear Removal right now so whatever you think the champs + gear should be, I can likely do it. The only thing out of the question is winning the speed race

EDIT: So basically just tell me what 4 champs to use and recommended gear set + stat goals and I'll try it

Siphi, Pythion, Rotos & Harima.  

At least 4 pcs Stoneskin, with as much Res as you can reasonably stack on top of enough damage to do the work.

You know you are going second so don't worry as much about speed.

Pythion & Harima both offer passive dmg mitigation, which makes taking hits from Taras easier to handle.

I might have said Hephraak but you said he wasn't booked. You have a 5* Hephraak. You might want to find some books for him.
