I've had the account for a month and I don't have any ninja. I didn't get a gift window with ninja. What can I do? 

It never appeared in the shop on my account and I've been playing for about 3 years. Not fussed but maybe there's issues with it.

Open a Support Ticket. Click your profile in game, then Info, then Support.

I was an established player when it began and never received the offer in the shop.

I was a new player but got refused on the code.......so, because I was a new player I didn't get the free pac either.....of course support has never answered...though I did get an email thursday....."

I started a ticket over a week ago.......how long is soon according to support.......there's some others things (ad nausem) and I may just as well drop the game, looks like it may be a money pit....

We have 4 family accounts 2 on iPhone it doesn't work for iPhones so missed out
