Gaslighting in the sense that it's both lying and a manipulation of reality. No, it is not equitable. Equitable  is literally defined as being fair or impartial. This is not fair to people that already have a Ninja and also not impartial because it is benefitting those that don't have a Ninja. 

Manipulation of reality as players today have so many more advantageous ways to progress through the game with all the OP heroes that have been introduced over time as well as the new armor sets and augemenations that can be done to them as well as empowering souls... If anything, I'd argue that it's much easier for people today compared to when Ninja was released, so this doesn't really make sense: "the advances those with Ninja were able to make with their accounts over the past 1000+ days can't instantly be duplicated"

But arguing is not going to get me anywhere, I just wanted to state my point that it's not fair and both the mods seem to be either ignorning this fact, or purposely avoiding it.

No, I sent the photo to the support team and the issue I am having. When I saw the announcement I was like awesom! And tried it but gave that response.

This is a little unfair. We have played this game for years and supported you for long time and you don't even let us have another one. At least you could make this available for everyone rather than just the people who do not have it, so we could have our second one if we are still playing. Or at keast you could give us some more benefits and gifts; otherwise, what is the difference between the people who supported you from begining and still with you and the people who keft you or never supported you.

Does Plarium even realises that they are literally helping the people that sell accounts ? Is this not an issue having people selling stacked beginner accounts just by having all the free login champions ?

What? Come on. Ninja is good but he is no WuKong/UDK combo. Hell Ronda, WuKong, and UDK are a pretty solid PvP team alone. 

I don't understand why people don't use Fenax more. His A1 hits like a freeking tank and has a block revive? In Gold I hunt WuKong teams. 

It's not just UDK/Wukong, it's 2/3 the freaking teams (including mine 😂) that has some form of regeneration.  I went against UDK/Siphi not long ago.  Couldn't kill Siphi due to UDK stopping me from hitting her by changing target.  Couldn't kill UDK fast enough to outpace Siphi.  5-6 deaths of UDK later, it was clear I could have let that run for hours and we'd still be there because of my own resurrection toon.  That's when I knew Fenax was a priority for at least tag team or even classic, at least until I have a better kill-dead-permanent champ.

He's also the only champ in the game with an a1 block revive (though a few have it as a passive)

Nub. Just played him the other day and he certainly wasn't using fenax. He's a Lazarius main now. Haha

Haha, if that was a dig at me, 1st you probably successfully farmed me, and 2nd I still have to book him, Dan-O. 😁. Fenax is in one of my tag teams with Lazarius.

Once he's fully pumped up, then will test him in classic team.
