Did you use Wukong code? Or any other free champion code? 

If not, have you ever had raid installed on that device or attached to your email?

Just the one that gave oboro a 4 star champion, none that gave a 5 star

unfortunately this counts as a new player code and prevents you from getting ninja on that account/device. 

I thought everyone was supposed to get ninja, I still have not got him. whats going on? It did'nt show up in the shop and i tried to enter new players codes and nothing. what do I do?????

I see you're new. Did you use the code for Wukong or Oboro or any other check when starting? If so, you won't be getting Ninja on that account as you can only use a single free champ code.

The code also has to be entered in the first 24 hours after creating the account, as I understand it.

I logged in for 6 days but i didn't get Ninja pack. This is just frustrating. Don't fool anybody 

I made a new account, different facebook login, different polarium id the whole works and it still tries to tell me i already used a code of that type already, despite have tried immediately after the tutorial nded without having put in any other codes

I believe there's a little more time than that, but it is for very new players yes

If it was on the same device, the server remembers that and won't let you use a different new player code.

What a surprise... the devs always find ways to screw their players over, remember why i quit years ago now.

I've been playing 14 days, sent multiple emails with no response and still haven't seen any ninjas in my shop offers.  He must be real sneaky.   Why even offer it if you have zero intention of sending it?  Excellent customer service!!!!!!

so I'm a new player (4 days) and the code is rejected because I'm not a new player.......but then the free pack, day play isn't available to me either another of the screw ups.......the news blurb only showed up for me today (day 4) ,kinda why I gave my game away a while back......I'd love to start out with a Legenary in my team...

so things haven't changed.......3-4 day response from support

I've had him unbuilt in the vault for ages. I'm far from knowledgeable about the game but is he really that good considering the Champs that are available now? Don't see him often in arena and never in clan boss.

I'm not an expert.  I can say, however, in my CB team, a fully ascended/booked/mastered Ninja is outpacing my fully-twinked Elhain and Deacon Armstrong (both of them together), both with Warmaster, too.  Adding him over Kael upped my CB damage by 40-80%, which has been great for my newer account.  For me, developing him was 100% worth it.   In more settled accounts?  Not sure.

I can't find the ninja pack in the shop?

If you're a new player who used a new player code to get a free champ, you won't see the pack.

You will only see his pack in the shop if you were an established player when this event began.
