As Customer Support for 15 years ,, there are questions that always need to be answered. Not from searching other peoples problems.
Time is so important and people play with time they have available ,, Make it more enjoyable for those of us that give it to the game
Sketches are a joke ,, 1 for every 100% of crew being on 2 times a day
Money money money ,, then you have a League Marshall bragging she gets fireballs free,, sketchy at best,,
smooth play on new app and once I figured out to to get out , I liked it
I would like to see like in the old app my players come up in a list to log in instead of always typing email and password

I want a number to talk to a real person ,, I would be happy with that change

Sorry if I am posting in a wrong thread, or if I missed a similar topic already discussed.
It's been very long since the Sanctum of Shards started to work in an unexpected way : each time you use a crystal showing on page 2 (never had to try for pages greater than 2) the page refresh comes back to 1. Not really a misfunction but annoying when a lot of actions are required.
Since the last system update, a mess happened in the crystals stored in Sanctum : several bunches of same level crystals are displayed.

International server two (forgotten lands) seems to have a large portion of inactive castles. I think that in order for a server to keep going and keep being used instead of starting from scratch at new server, sweep up inactives and drop in new players. International server 1 has high popluation rate, do the same with fresh faces for forgotten landsHello! Thanks for your suggestion! However, it's not technically possible to delete any Castles. So I'm not seeing where you say any of the problems with the app have been resolved. Now that we are going to be captive to the app are you done developing it? Not everyone plays on a damn phone. I just reinstalled the app today and I still can't use my scroll button to zoom or navigate in any way. It's been 4 or 5 months since I last inquired about this. Are you guys going to make this app work or are you done? This should be a straight up question deserving of a straight answer. I understand I ONLY spend about a hundred dollars US a month, but I would think you would be interested in my continuing to do so. I can't just click on my bookmark anymore and get straight to my game, I now have to go through several pages to get to the game. I'm not at all interested in all the other crud, only Stormfall. I understand the Flash/Mozilla issue is not your doing, but I've seen NO improvement in the app at all. It's NOT faster to load because you have made it extremely clumsy. This app nearly destroys my gaming experience so certainly, I'm not going to be as inclined to play the game if it frustrates me more than I enjoy it. Folks really aren't asking you for much in return for their support.

*EDIT* Also, now that I've updated my Firefox to the latest version and reinstalled Adobe I can no longer play via browser. It loads to 80% and stops.

Thanks for sharing your opinion with us. The scroll button should be working fine now. Are you sure that your app is updated? You can check it out in the Settings. Besides, we're not done with the app. We're constantly working on improving it.
When the app was started, perhaps a year ago or a bit longer, it started the game a little faster than Chrome, so I used it for a while
After several updates with more options added, it is now loading significantly slower than Chrome, also uses more memory and generates more/faster shockwave-flash crashes than Chrome, so I have stopped using it completely, apart from new rewards sessions that seem to be repeated after some/certain updatesCan you not have an option to choose which game you want to down load? I play one game on one server - i do not need all the other games.
Make a separate app for each game.
I find at times that the only way to have the game run efficiently - especially after some updates - that the game does not perform as it should and i have to uninstall and reinstall the app.
