mmmmm ....... the game have much more part of a bug and much more part then not good satisfaction.... at 2020 they have the all problem of 2015-2016-2017-2018-2019.... and for finish I send a post on this new experience for accelerate the time of term for a response but the time are very slow forever.... thank you so much I think you appreciate my opinion and go to solve all problem... much more players spend a money for a reach an important development but at the momento only upgrade to the game are only for spend money money money. Hey guys....I just bought a $99 pkg and it was supposed to give me an extra contract upgrade. I tried using it and it said I had to buy another one. I think something in the software got messed up. The problem is with the app itself, there are many mistakes that happen with the program, varying from game to game. It appears you do not do much troubleshooting, you appear to rely on the public to find all your problems for you. Overall, the app is not much help, I have reported many glitches and there still are new ones that show up every time you mess with the server.Since I posted the above, I have come back maybe 10 times and reinstalled the app to see how it is going. I am using it on my laptop with Windows 10. So I have a file in my download compilation that is "Plarium Play Setup." I also have the PP icon on my screen. Usually when I click on the icon to start it up, it does not load. I have to revisit my Setup file and go to reinstall it, but then I get a message that PP is already installed on my computer with a "LAUNCH" button. Pressing that button gets the PP running. Once it is running, and my Internet speed is cooperating, the PP runs as well as I have ever noticed. My internet service is not the best so it is a strain to run more than 2 games at a time but overall it is good. Not sure why the PP icon is not enough to start it running, not sure if it is something for you or for me to do about it.
