Is there a way to link or move my current game on facebook to Plarium Play.   I tried linking my facebook account, but it still made me start over.  I have not intention of continuing to play your games once Flash ends if I can't move my account I have worked on building for over five years to the new platform.

A veces el antivirus considera un archivo normal como un virus debido a la configuración avanzada. Queremos asegurarnos de que nuestra aplicación no contenga virus. Revisa los ajustes de tus antivirus y agrega Plarium Play como aplicaciones permitidas. También puedes desactivar temporalmente tu antivirus e intentar instalar Plarium Play nuevamente. Commander...Unfortuneately there is no way to connect your base on FB to the Plarium App..However..there is a way to continue your game, even if "Flash: is discontinued...Its on the FaceBook Gameroom..There has been an effort , by offering troop rewards, to get as many as possible o  the FB platform to switch to GameRoom..I made the switch and I still have my FB Base, plus extra rewards and the play is much smoother..Try it..I think you will enjoy it

I do not wish to play with the Facebook Gameroom and you state that we are not able to take our base to the Plarium App. So what now? You're telling us that years of playing and investing will end with Flash? I understand you need to promote and smooth talk Plarium related features, but be real. That Facebook Gameroom is rubbish. 

I downloaded the Plarium Play app on 12/27/19 and have had no success getting the app to open - I use Windows 10 on my laptop - cache is cleared and firewall will allow it to pass through - It only opens the Plarium Play logo window and then stops.

I think you unchecked too much information (email I suppose) at your first launch.
