I appreciate that normal mode is much easier, but some of the boss fights were at least DT hard difficulty

In all honesty, my initial appreciation for this place has quickly devolved into disdain. Hard mode is comically easy up until the last stages, and even there, it's simply a question of spending resources on random champs you wouldn't use anywhere else. The rewards are entirely pointless, with the exception of a handful of rooms.

If this is their idea of new content, they have a lot to work on :/

If there was a bit more parity between reward and resources used i wouldnt mind it as a mode.

I like it a lot more than clash put it that way, but i do wonder if participation will drop next month

I gotta agree. The best rewards in there are the stages with 15 potions LOL

The new sets? on paper the Merciless looks awesome. Problem is, 95% of all the drops are 5 stars, and even the 6 stars i got were horrible. I mean, maybe its worth it to keep ONE 5-star set for some random faction wars kind of champion, but i dont see myself gearing my top champions with this in lieu of a proper Lethal/Cruel build.

I just gave up when i ran into a room that banned 130 of my 132 champions. 

I saw a cc video yesterday highlighting the new set and had to wonder how he had got a decent merciless set!

I have done all but a few rooms of hard mode (i have done the main boss as well) and done all of the normal mode and i am not even close to a decent merciless set

Almost all the drops from the main boss on hard mode were 5 star

Ya Nubs got reaaaaaaal lucky with his merciless pieces. I understand he did Chaos ore a few of them, but still, we all know using those things far from guarantees a good piece in the end. He also probably got an unusually high rate of 6-stars from his runs.

Man, nothing says fun like a 40 minute 1000 turn fight on manual because you need ONE champ to NOT use thier a2.

initial plan of Rowan as bait for amius a1 was abandoned and we just timed forcing Amius cleanse during first phase, strip during 2nd phase followed by Wythir cleanse into Duchess A2 and it was pretty easy once in cycle.

Helloooooo blessing levels. Yeesh.

rowan was the blind luck one (though I think I could've done it without)

Duchess I grinded out for a looong time, Artak was from the blessing path event, brago was a pull (though I could've done with several options there, could've switched to brim on Artak)

I'll put Presets back in my list of feedback for this week. Thanks for the reminder!

What are y'all doin with your non-silver coins? I just have it stockpiling up because I can't figure out whether it's better to buy essences with them or buy stones with them... so far the only time I've used them was when I needed a pinch more to get a big soul.

Honestly I'd be shocked if Trips wasn't doing this.
