I don't have 3 keys yet, guess I took a wrong turn. I can barely tell which stages I've done already 

From just general battling them they seem to be atleast 10 to greater % weaker on stats

Anyone got the stats on this boss? Feels like he has WAY more CR than enemies usually do.

When playing on my phone i struggle to see the path

I just decided to clear every stage on every island that way ill get the keys eventually.

It's no different to other parts of the game, just different graphics. Hope plarium consider removing some of the less played content from the game as there's so much do do now. I've dropped playing live arena and hydra it's too time consuming.

I came here for a bit of advise

In the cursed city, I have managed C1, C2, C3, C4 & C7, then I cannot get any further. I have tried most combinations of the champions I have, which it allows me to choose from, but I am stuck.

I am level 64 in the game overall, but my champions in the cursed city, don't seem to do much at all.

I do arm them and make them as strong as I am able... I have 21 rank 6s, 28 rank 5s and 34 rank 4s and I really don't know what I am doing wrong.

Maybe I am too old to play the game and maybe I don't understand it fully, but I do enjoy it and up until this week, always completed the quests, but now because it is asking to complete two stages of the cursed city, I now can't even do that, and it is making me sad

well I took the advice and just duo it with warlord and rotos, switched warlord into reflex gear, and fight was much easier than trying to full squad it. Thanks guys.

I would suggest starting a new thread, and posting your roster. It's pretty hard to answer specific questions without that info.

149 turns? you should be ashamed! Someone killed him in 3 turns :P

You might have forgotten, but you'll have another chance next month to show off, because you'll need to figure it out all over again with 5 new champions (most likely).

Jokes aside, well done, now you can prepare in those last hours to gear your champions accordingly for the 4th district. Example, might need to put someone unusual (other than Armiger) in destroy set for Scarab. I think completing the whole map will actually be more impressive than beating the big boss. Good luck, you have a solid start :P

in case anyone else was wondering, the answer turned out to be Not Very Much At All. brogni managed fine at ~300 accuracy and even that may have been overkill.

Yeah I used basically the same team - my Elva and Oella are both unbooked, so I had Boragar and Orn to go with them. Pretty easy fight overall.

S17 is the one that is going to be tricky. No idea how I'm going to do that one. Only consolation is he's only LV300, so hopefully the shield won't be very big.

Don't forget there's both Normal and Hard modes, with Hard as the default. So ensure you collect from both levels, and see if you can get further on Normal mode. :)

Well, try as i might, can't beat tne boss. Tried about every single combo i could with my roster, I can't get past his alternate form unless i bring no damage or no heal reduction.

I just don't get it. How do you stop him from one shotting you? He wrecks me one by one, decrease attack might stop him once, but then he sleeps you, and its game over. He;s like Rotos on steroids

Take a look at the team I posted - the key, for me at least, was making sure I had a consistent ATK down. I had two champs who could place it, plus Vizier to extend it.

Also, his normal form will always use the debuff swap move if it has ATK down on it. Take advantage of that to force him to use it when he shouldn't.

In the non-awakened form, the kill/fear cycle is annoying, yeah, but you can take advantage of that too, by ensuring you have revivers, since he will not use either of his other moves if your team has no buffs.

But, overall - yeah it was a challenge, on hard mode at least.

As an aside, reached the first room I can't get past - S23 requires 20 awakening levels, and I cap out at 18 :/

Can't do it. No matter what i try, i just don't have any or enough stars on the relevant champions. Venomage without any. Coldheart only 3, Mithrala, Ukko, Pythion only 2. They cant stop 80-90% ignore defense. Impossible.

Looks like S9 is where I'm officially blocked. No idea how I can get past that Sand Devil stage.

*EDIT - looks like regearing Pythion is the way to go. Hmm.
