Compare this guy with Cybele, tbh. And Cybele is absolutely on Nightmare teams.
Having speed down on A1 is really useful, since it makes it much more likely it sticks. Similarly, having a buff extender means that your speedup champ now has the speedup permanently active. The ACC up makes it far easier to build around Suffering, adn the ACC down makes it far easier to build around Mischief. And the passive means that you don't have to worry about those nasty Weaken or Block Healing debuffs getting you killed when Wrath explodes at the wrong time.
Will I personally use him? Not sure. But he definitely has a spot on some teams.
These are all good points. Maybe I will find a spot for him, especially since I am one of the people running Cybele in her NM team.
The way I read the passive is that the champion that isn't the panda has to be asleep. Am I reading that correctly? Kind of an odd ability if that is the case because I don't deal with sleep much in any aspect of the game. The transfer effect is nice but the Panda has to be the one that removes it. So you will want to be careful when and what you cleanse. If the first one is when Panda is asleep and not the other hero this guy will directly counter all bomb teams and will be great against someone like Bommel for that matter. I don't think that is the case though...

I *think* that this is gender-agnostic "they" in this case. IE, as long as Panda is sleeping, debuffs placed on allies have a 50% chance of being transferred to the Panda, and then when he wakes up, he transfers debuffs to the enemy with the highest RES.
What is going to be interesting. I see a lot of people on reddit talking about using him with Cadaver. With Plarium planning on doing something about Cadaver but hasn't announced it, going to be interesting if they time the "changes" to Cadaver day or two before the event that will move people to having enough to fusion summon the Panda nerfing one of his purposes in the game.
Again, it's a silly argument. The shield increase is conditional upon reducing buff duration from the enemy team, which you won't be doing because you'll be blocking those buffs. And even if you do manage to land a few, the amount you increase the shield by is nowhere close to enough to actually keep the shield growing.
This has been the year of the zoo. Starting with a mighty pig, then a rat, a bunny, and a cow, a free monkey and now a panda. I also even got an eagle from login fragments... Still missing the lion though.
But seriously, what's up with that? There are 15 factions. One would think over 15 months, every faction would get one fusion. But skinwalkers got 5 of the last 15... I don't get it.

Intentional, as they've been notoriously underrepresented by previous fusions. Before Ukko, there had been literally *one* Skinwalker fusion, and it was one of the very first (Brakus), in November 2019.

I think you're underestimating his potential use here. You dont need to block buffs. Used in tadem with brogni it can absolutely work and speed up getting into the win condition to go the 1500 turns.
Time will tell, but what was pointed out above about the nerf potential it almost feels like this is a bait fusion.
Im sure people smarter than me will have cadaver comps utilizing this guy and brogni. Dont forget he will also fill the slot of a buff extender.

The key point here being "in tandem with Brogni". My point is that the shield increases from him alone will not be enough.
@ShortOnSkillz Unfortunately I am starting to think I really need this guy to show up and play a Kimi/Cybele kind of role on my Hard Hydra team. That one really struggles to put on damage for Hydra Clash.

Just pull a Cadaver and save yourself the trouble. 🤣
