Unique kit. Will get for that but doesn't seem super strong.

Not sure what to make of him. Won't pass on him because he has the potential of being one of those champions that due to his super unique kit that he becomes required in some area of the game.

Will be super annoying to fight in arena but I am not sure if he will be a make-it-or-break it champion on a team like WuKong. Most teams I go up against have cleanse debuffs and block debuffs. I am not at top arena though, maybe the teams up there aren't running so many champions that cleanse their team.

Where do you see his possible uses?

A champion so good he required two image files to explain his skills. :D

Most likely arena and Hydra.  Can see some interesting use cases as a pseudo lockout of a nuker in arena and just general good support kit for Hydra.

1) WTF is Enfeeble?

2) What's the cooldown on the active effect of his passive?

enfeeble is the debuff introduced with phantom shogun. champions under enfeeble debuffs will automatically have all their attacks become weak hits.

somewhat related, will valkenen be able to place enfeeble debuffs now that they're no longer boss-exclusive?

I feel like this champ looks exceptionally underwhelming in Hydra.

A1 is obviously solid with the 65% chance of landing on all enemies

A2 second half is conditionally not happening in Hydra because all heads should have block buffs. So what you're getting is a 30% of allies max HP (only 12k shield for nukers) and a 1 turn buff extender.

A3 is an Inc Att/Inc Acc/Dec Acc and tbh I've never seen the true value of this - i dont think this champ is getting on a Hydra A team - so you're putting him against Hard or Brutal at best. Don't feel like I need Inc Acc on those heads, and Inc Attack is pretty average. A lot of Hydra dps is Def / Hp based champs so I struggle finding exceptional value in the Inc At + Acc.

Then the passive: again, speaking on Hydra, what debuffs is he going to help your team with? He can't remove Fear / True Fear which is arguably the most painful part of Hydra with Torment - he can't even take off the provoke...so he'll take off poisons I guess.

I dunno I'm not seeing it. Someone show me the light I guess.

May be good for some of the spider bosses.

grovetender sounds built for hydra but the rest of the skills do not

I will pass, i only do fusions for the 'cant miss' champs like gnut. I am kind of glad i dont want him as i dont really have time for a fusion

Compare this guy with Cybele, tbh. And Cybele is absolutely on Nightmare teams.

Having speed down on A1 is really useful, since it makes it much more likely it sticks. Similarly, having a buff extender means that your speedup champ now has the speedup permanently active. The ACC up makes it far easier to build around Suffering, adn the ACC down makes it far easier to build around Mischief. And the passive means that you don't have to worry about those nasty Weaken or Block Healing debuffs getting you killed when Wrath explodes at the wrong time.

Will I personally use him? Not sure. But he definitely has a spot on some teams.

Point taken about the a1 being better, but i prefer lady kimi - she just keeps my team ticking really well and has a block buffs (albeit conditional) and i dont think i would fit both kimi and this champ into the same team

Skipped sleepy Panda. Maybe A3 is good for increasing ACCs for debuffers in Arena against high resisted teams, but thx, no thx

For arena that A1 is really solid but the  problem is the sleep. The best way to take advantage of an A1 is with counterattacks and anybody that can cause your team to do a team attack. I am not sure how that will work if he is asleep.

I will have to see him play tested but for me there is too much randomness to his kit to make him predictable and usable. I hate to take yet another fusion off but the more I think about this the more I am wondering if it is worth my effrort.

If they really wanted people excited about this guy they would allow enfeble to be used on bosses. Even if they changed it so that it only lasted for 1 turn. Even with speed boosting, I don't think there are 4:1 teams out there that could keep enfeble up 100% of the time. I suppose you could do it with decrease cooldowns but I am not sure it would be worth the effort.

I mean, given Kimi is one of the like, two best Hydra support champs, after Nekmo? I don't think that's particularly fair criticism :)

I still think the most recent fusion of Stategos Islin is better than Panda in Hydra.

100% Dec Speed on 3 turn CD. Provoke backup on A1, Ally Protection + Increase Defense as a support with a shield that is proportional to his defense is super solid.

The new champion's Shield is hot garbage being on the Ally's max HP.

Kram I see your point about the Inc Acc / Dec Acc, but I don't think a Mischief tank is needed on Hard Hydra. You basically just need a block buffer that is going fast.
