Game still frezze after few minutes,i use win 7 x32,chrome,3gb ram can you check

i also play on laptop with 6gb ram and alo frezze its not that 

i too cant play it properly on an i3 skylake cpu with 8gb ddr4 ram. it starts dragging after a couple of minutes and its only a static picture for christs sake!!!!  Planarium should fire the whole graphic design and programming teams altogether for incompetence.
