I am logged in when I try to access, consistently freezes at 72%. I have allowed it to try to load for hours with no change. However, I can access the game using a previous account which I have not used in months, much lower level. I also can access the pirates game, also at a much lower level. Again, I have 64-bit OS, nearly 8 GB RAM free, Windows 7 (is this the problem?).

It seems to be a system requirement issue then, you are on the low end of RAM requirements and we are yet to implement the fix for x32 OS, which I hope will happen soon.32 bits, 4G RAM, win 10 , chrome last version,
webgl working and enable for chrome
I try without and with flashplayer (enable / disable)
i follow 'not install the plarium app'
i also tryed with explorer, firefox and avast browser

:-) months fly and new questions from moderators to banned players appear...
1) only some players have been chosen to get different product...
2) these players compleain for weeks
3) no one helped them until now
I expect that you either compensate these "chosen" players or you switch the rest of players to the same interface.
Quite sure that it is not legal to offer different products for the same price and without consent of these players.
We are doing everything possible to provide assistance to the players who are affected. Sadly, many of them are affected by the issue related to x32 OS which is not something that can be fixed immediately. But I have also created a thread to consolidate such reports and pinned it on this forum:
