Indeed you might have experienced some difficulties with entering the game, the issue was related to the update of the Plarium Play application. As of now, you should enter the game without any obstacles, otherwise, please submit a ticket request, so that our Agents will process the tickets as well.

Feel free to reinstall the Plarium Play application, make sure all the components of the application will be fully deleted. The new installer you can get here: https://plarium.com/en/plarium-play/

I forwarded this information to the team and it looks like the video card is pretty weak and this could be a reason for such behavior.  To my regret, there is nothing we can do in this case.
