You guys I have a fix. It’s gurranteed to work. Start the game on airplane mode and than it’ll load and before you tap anything else get off airplane mode. Upvote me so people can know how to resolve this issue 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Yesterday I could login again. Today the same issue as yesterday. When I start the game a black screen apears/ crashes. I hoped the game was fixed, but it isn’t. Please fix the game. Playing I phone 8, iOS 12 (see comment yesterday) 😞

Hello every one, here's how I managed to fix this bug: changing the cell operator or wi-fi network - and everything works. The game is going well at home, in the subway, but it doesn’t start at work, I think the developers have done it with the proxy settings - now the game does not start on some network operators. Ok so this is the 3rd n final time I’m gonna waste my time posting in here. Because I have seen ZERO ZILCH NOTASINGLEONE NONE NADA responses about what is going on, an estimate on when it will be fixed, or even a message that says “sucks to be u! We will fix it when we feel like fixing it! Go do something other than playing a game on ur phone!” And because of this issue, I lost out on my sacred shard for monthly quest, missed event or a day of event, daily login rewards, etc. So, I guess it is time to find a new game. Lol. Patience is not a word I understand or have any of. And personally, I do spend $ on games I REALLY LIKE ALOT and this was one of them, but nothing aggravates me more than  silence from game  and when they feel they don’t owe their customers any explanation and don’t care enough to even put out an update every now and then. So I guess it’s time to walk away n cut my losses. This is one of the worst “handling” of a situation I’ve seen.

WiFi does work, but I mainly play on data. 

Please update on this situation!!!! You’re going to lose players to other games that actually care.

Same here on newest iPad Pro 12.9.... after the update it crashes at launch. I’ve rebooted, removed and reinstalled, etc all to no avail. I’ve spent too much money on this game for this stuff to happen. I’ve missed daily and weekly quests, the summoning event, etc. FIX IT!
