Game crashes when loading... only black screen then games closes... reinstalled & restarted phone with same results 

Seems to be just an IOS issue... I have two Apple products now that can not play.  You can not bypass the update soooo... black screen.

iPhone 8 Plus, black screen then crash.

iPhone 7 same problem.  Rebooted reinstalled worked for a few minutes, crashing so reinstalled rebooted still crashing.

I have a iPhone XS Max 12.3.1 IOS I am also getting a open app to black screen then crashes the app tried deleting and reinstalling no change 

I have same problem. I open app and black screen comes on, when game crash. I have iphone 8s plus. 

UPDATE: I am up and running for others I was trying to do update while driving now that I’m on WiFi I was able to open game and download 

Game will not load. Keeps crashing on launch

Same here, iPhone XS.  I logged in once after update, unlocked 11 shards and had to put my phone down.  When I locking the phone it froze going through authentication and now will not open.  Also already tried uninstalling and re-installing and rebooting phone.

Same issue. Black screen. Not fixed after reinstall :(

I did some testing on iOS and think I found the problem. With the new update 1.9, iOS version can’t run on cellular.  Switch to wifi and everything is fine.  Please fix this.

I guess it’s an iOS thing hope it gets resolved quickly sucks that I’m not able to open and enjoy the game

My game hangs and won’t open!!!  I’m missing my play time.

I can confirm this because it was working for me as well this morning on WiFi then when I left and tried playing via cellular it crashes on first black screen no plarium logo just crashes immediately

Still not working for me even if I switch to wifi only.   Currently on IPhone 8’s.  Looking forward to the patch. 

CAN WE GET SOME SORT OF UPDATE ON WHEN THIS WILL BE FIXED?!?!?! Patience is not a word I’m too familiar with, and the little bit I do have has been gone LONG BEFORE THE 5 HOUR MARK!!
