Thank you for your feedback. Currently, we do not consider changes in experience gain on the campaign. To speed up the champion level gain, you can use XP boosts or XP-brews in the Tavern.

We are currently testing out our new tournament system. Using only rare champions rule meant to provide a challenge on team compositions, and apply your risk assessment skills to overcome the dragon. Also, this change provided a chance for newer players to be more competitive. We are grateful for your feedback and aware of the troubles caused by this change. The development team will be informed of encountered issues, and we will work on providing tournaments, that is more inclusive in the future.

Not 100% sure about the champion rebalancing if that helps or hurts them if some could let me know that would be great.

The champions change, in this patch, is mostly a balance fix for the skills of some champions and their visualization, it is not a nerf.

I've got the new reward. It's ridiculous. 8 items. 5 of them 4*. How can we explain/write to you, that gold 4 arena players don't need 4* items. Do you think that a team with 160K power is like that with 4* items?

So, the answer is not for all ? You choose the "chosen one" ? Like we said, the arena 4 gold is difficult. We don't need 4* items, it's useless. And we can't change email in plarium play, bug bug bug. I tell to your support, never answer. I tell into the forum, never answer.


Continue to ignore the players, It's a good way to fall into oblivion

Rework GURPTUK MOSS-BEARD SKILLS

A1 Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Places a 15% [Continuous Heal] buff for 1 turn on all allies under [Poison] debuffs. ADD FOR EACH POISON DEBUFF

A2 Removes all debuffs from an ally, then heals them by 30% of their MAX HP and places a [Shield] buff on the target equal to 20% of their MAX HP for 2 turns. ADD EXPECT POISON

A3 Places three 5% [Poison] debuffs on all allies for 3 turns. These debuffs cannot be resisted or blocked. Also has an 80% chance of placing a [Block Buffs] debuff on all enemies for 2 turns. REDUCE TO 2.5% POISONS ON ALLIES. REPLACE [Block Buffs] WITH PLACES THREE 5% [Poison] TO ALL ENEMIES FOR 3 TURNS

[Passive]

Allies under [Poison] debuffs inflict 7.5% more damage for each [Poison] debuff on them, stacking up to a maximum of 30%. This damage increase applies to all of their skills. Also increases each ally’s RES by 15 for each [Poison] debuff on them. CHANGE RES TO Decreases damage inflicted by enemies under [Poison] debuffs by 2.5% tacking up to a maximum of 10%

So platium million dollar question....... why isn’t there an energy increase from lvl 60 to 100? You guys are really that greedy on people using money on gems for refills that an extra 100 to 150 energy will hurt you that bad? Makes no sense

Account-level change is intended as a way of in-game progress visualization for our players, and as a tool to show our gratitude by a way of the new milestones rewards. You are enabled to progress through an additional 40 levels at your own pace, without a sense of necessity that otherwise might have been caused by other changes.

Changes in the energy cap would have meant an overhaul in the in-game balance that would likely cause rebalancing of in-game action economy and have lasting adverse effects on the game experience of our playerbase.

So. could you spare few minutes and explain which part of game is related to ''in-game action economy'' cuz I can not recall of player/player based transactions or exchanges that may have ''adverse effects'' on playerbase. Please answer to that

Guys they explained, and honestly the energy cap increase is the last thing that cares... where are all the new and cool features of clan wars, void tower, tag arena, hydra clan boss, new factions, duplicate heroes feature...? 

We have a big lack of content, doesnt matter if we get more energy to play something that has no variety at all.

We have a big lack of content, doesnt matter if we get more energy to play something that has no variety at all.

Currently, our development team is concentrating on new content. Arena 3x3 is on its way. There will be a closed beta test of the feature with 1000 of our players soon, and shortly after, we are planning a full release.

We remember about the duplicate issue, and we do have an idea of the feature that will turn duplicates into benefits. However, it is still in development and needs more time. We hope for your understanding.

Game is dying in my opinion.  Content creators are making better suggestions than the Plarium development team.


  • Plarium isn't listening to player feedback
  • Plarium doesn't listen to the content creators, who routinely have better ideas than the Plarium devs
  • Raising the level-cap without increasing energy is just beyond stupid
  • SLOW development for basic quality-of-life features, and even SLOWER development of actual content
  • Teasing future content and not delivering (Hydra boss, Void Tower, Epic Artifacts, etc.)
  • Absolutely no point, benefit or reward for Clan Achievements
  • Gaps between the Battle Pass seasons - and with BP-2 delayed with no apparent reason given
  • No way to farm books
  • HIGH silver cost just to remove gear - I get they don't want us freely swapping the 'best' gear between champs, but there should be other options to work around that (we should be able to sell equipped gear that we want to replace, not pay to remove it - upgrading a 4* piece to a 5* or 6* 'better' piece has a cost to remove PLUS the new gear cost to improve)
  • A triple-A mobile title shouldn't have any obvious outages (multiple consecutive maintenance downtimes, long down times, etc.

At some point we all realize that the game isn't really RNG on the back-end, it's RNG on the front-end.  What does this mean?  Artifact level increases are pre-determined when the item is awards, not during the level up - that is just a silver sink to reveal the sub-stat gains.  Shard champions are pre-determined - 2x and 10x have no real effect when the shard champions are pre-determined when the shard is first received by the player.  This is how they control the economy very tightly.


All gotcha games are a 'grind', but Plariums competitors are making their offerings more fun for the F2P and Low-Spenders, whereas Plarium charges 'Apple-like' premiums on everything, seeing themselves as the 'premium mobile gotcha experience'.  Sadly the lack of content and polish reveals it for what it is - just a money grab.


I've spent $25 on this game - Battle Pass season 1 was my only purchase in this game, and I didn't mind spending that for the value and enjoyment that I received from it over the two or so months.


Plarium - if you want this game to thrive you really need to learn to listen to your players and content creators, be open to real discussion / dialogue and not resort to "we'll pass this along to the dev team", or "we'll think about it".  We know this means you won't do anything with the suggestions or feedback.

Tournaments

Arena Onslaught Tournament


Please do not replace the Arena Assault Event with this tournament. Rewards from  the tournament are very poor comparing to the event. 

One of the event rewards was an epic book, giving a chance for F2P gamers to get that book too.

In many posts you constantly are trying to assure the community that F2P gamers can obtain resources such as shards and books from in game events. By replacing the event with the tournament you are contradicting your statement.

Ceres M game 100 gems or rubies = to 1000 energy( they give you 200 energy every freaking day and 1000 gems in 4 weeks log in )


final fantasy vision war = get free energy 


this game shit 


i want to play more but energy and energy usage is crap


change nightmare campaign to 10 energy


after Scly add another log in reward without  heroes


time to upgrade market or add a black market every sunday with higher stats items and blue shards


an item to increase weapons upgrade probability 


need more fusion like relic keeper and broad maw

Some tournaments may have an unusual balance and requirements for achieving milestones, and multiple events that target the same content. We will pass this information on to the developers.

Green - I appreciate the role you're in being a Community Manager, but Plarium has NOT listening to Content Creator feedback when they let you know that what Plarium is doing is going in the WRONG direction.  Basically you only hear what you want to hear, but you don't actually LISTEN.  There is a big difference between hearing and actually listening.


And you will never convince me that Plarium is 'open and honest' - I don't trust Plarium as a company - way too many "half-truths" as well as outright lies (Draco-gate cover up ring a bell?).

The shield not landing 99% of the time you make a kill is nerve wrecking.


Only made worst by the lack of response from the support team.

We know - and accept - this is casino chance gig.


But at least honor your "Skills Advertising", so we are not wasting resources on fixable things.
