As a former apple employee customer service and satisfaction means alot to me. When I asked for help about issues of logging into server one I only got "it looks like you have successfully logged into that server" while indeed I did it was only because I used another device. I expected the employee to first at least ask probing questions or at least "hi im glad you contacted us I'll be happy to help. it looks like you already have been able to log in that server, was the issue resolved?" That would of let me explain no I had to use another device. But all I got was some easy it looks fixed and the person closed it as resolved. It was not resolved.
