It's a different game, and we don't plan to implement Invasion feature according to the game balance.

I understand your company needing to make money...i don't mind that but I like to get the best value when I make a purchase. It would be interesting to see what happened to revenue if you were to try reducing the time between the 'big deal build ups'. I would personally make purchases more often.


That may be what the original poster meant when he wrote about Sam Walton and Walmarts success. He sold many items for a lower price instead of few items at a higher price. Just an idea to pass on to the financial members of your team.


You know that we have regular Bank Offers and Special Offers with bonuses.

Special Offers appear according to a set algorithm which is constantly evolving. Several departments work on the development of that algorithm and they rely on analytics data, marketing research and other information they receive through their research channels.

You can receive a cheap or an expensive Special Offer, and it is chosen by that algorithm. Unfortunately, it’s not a part of the game our players can affect directly or pass suggestions about some changes to it. If you don’t like your current Offers or find them expensive, you can wait for better ones, and they will appear sooner or later.

The problem isn't waiting for a better package to appear as i am a very patient player. The problem is, that when a purchase is made regardless of package type or price, as i have made purchases on the 2hrly packages and also the bonus packages and the same thing has happened on each purchase occasion.

 Once the 2 hour timer is finished after a purchase is made,  all of the currently priced 2 hourly package options are removed for several days minimum if not weeks, regardless of which value package is purchased. This is NOT a random algorithm, as the results are NOT random. The results are the same after each purchase, regardless of package price. It removes all of the cheapest packages and only makes exorbitantly priced packages available for up to several weeks. You say it's random but it is not. I have made at least 5 purchases for both the 2 hourly and for bonus packages and each time the current 2 hourly package pricing that were available, dissappear and are REPLACED with lower quality packages that have much higher prices. Only the bonus packages that have a multiple purchase options maintain their price for the available number that can be purchased. This is fine and how the other packages should also be treated. Buying a single 2 hourly package or even one of the 2 or possibly 3 bonus packages means the 2 hourly packages that were available are removed and replaced with different packages that have an Astronomical price in comparison to what was available before a purchase was made. 

 As the results are identical each time, this can not and is not random in any way shape or form and this needs to be looked into. I would like to make multiple purchases in the same day for the different types, but same price, of 2 hourly packages that become available throughout the day, but this is impossible when a single purchase removes the other options that would be available and replaces them with more expensive and less beneficial packages once the 2 hour timer has expired after any package is purchased.

A suggestion in regards to the contents of the prize packages available for purchase. Probably more suited to the bonus style packages, but would also be well suited to the 2 hour packages as well, would be to apply a choice system. This system is already being implemented in the game. When certain challenges or tournaments are completed and it's time to claim your prize, you sometimes have to make a choice about which prize you would prefer to claim. Offensive troops  or Defensive troops, offensive or defensive stat boosts.

Provide an option to 'disable' the 'send all' button.  I have complained of 'pop up' notifications for two years with no relief.....though they 'said' they were looking into it.  Once again, I sent one pikemen at a battleground only to find the entire OFFENSE travelled....including 237 thieves.  We are tired of selecting one unit for a destination, only to get a report that 'everything' went.  This time, it was only the offensive button, so about 3million less in losses than usual, but this has gotten beyond old.  Solution.....give us a settings option to disable all three 'send all buttons.   After two years, it is clear that the popping up notifications are going nowhere.

There is a specific algorithm that was set by the developers, but we cannot influence it as it relies on analytics data.

Thanks for your suggestion. All the discounts are being developed by analytic specialists so it requires a lot of work to make any changes. Probably the choice system will look cool, but we need to analyze a big amount of data before we could make such decisions.

We aren't planning to add this option, because it can affort the customary gameplay. When you send Troops you should do it attentively.

1. Declined. Unfortunately, it's technically impossible to add a search feature to the contact comment section.

2. How do you want to avoid this exactly?

1. Not add a search feature but include the text in the comments in existing search parameters 

2. When returning to contact screen via back button, it would be great to return to the same contact. So we don't have to re-scroll down.

I think that fortress's defensive bonus should be decreased.


Because as of now, it's simply pointless to hit any fortress, because of horrible ratios. 


You send a hit of 500k-1mil and you kill 1 archer, what is that?


Right now, fortresses are just about upgrading to get some realm and nothing else.


And since the number of lvls of fortress are limited, it should has lower defensive bonus or more lvls added. 


When someone hits lvl 20, you can't upgrade it any more or no one can downgrade it. You are just stuck.

Hello I'd like to make a suggestion to better the customer service possibly. Tho it may have been only one lazy answer from one person it is best to keep all employees in check so that they provide the customer with the satisfaction that they are the priority and they are here to help. As a former apple employee customer service and satisfaction means alot to me. When I asked for help about issues of logging into server one I only got "it looks like you have successfully logged into that server" while indeed I did it was only because I used another device. I expected the employee to first at least ask probing questions or at least "hi im glad you contacted us I'll be happy to help. it looks like you already have been able to log in that server, was the issue resolved?" That would of let me explain no I had to use another device. But all I got was some easy it looks fixed and the person closed it as resolved. It was not resolved.

Please allow me to ask if I !At join the customer service for stormfall so that I may bring your customers the respect they need. I felt like I was treated like some third person object and I would like to better assist your customers so that they don't get the type of feeling I got.

Different castle skins, because they are very select few and benefit as much as others making everyone use the same few. maybe special promo ones, some you can alter your self making it what ya want it to look like. wall defense really are low as well, seems like could be a lil stronger and infirmary could have a lil better deals to revive. thanKS

I'd like to request a send all troops back option for a fort and beacon. As some players may not be on when there's a need to recall. And would save a lot of members troops. Make it to where a marshal or cpte this option only.

Hi! We aren't planning to decrease the defensive bonus, because it's the main advantage when you upgrade the Fortress.
