finally after 3 years and 3months i solve my problem from the day of december 2017 that ive lost huge amount of my army (you can see how much from my posts) the solution came from plarium support and guess what it wasnt  any case of tactiks or updates with relics or whatever ...the problem is that  the bank from the end of 2017 changed and the lost units remain only for 14 days,noone  announced anything here or sparta page the said all things are ok change tactic.....so to those people who tried to present me that im mentally ill and i followed their instrunctions for nothing-if you dont give me my army back i will exercise my legal rights to you(admins,community managers),moderators no words for you

Please specify the ticket ID in which you received a reply about PP bank being reset every 14 days. 

till the end of next week someone else going to specify to you the ticket with the prove im not going to write again or pay with money for 300 million army enough is enough

Thank you for sharing these screenshots with me. As far as I can see, Roman didn't mention that the lost units were stored in the PP bank for 14 days only. He said that we couldn't restore units that were lost more than 14 days ago in any battle. That's it.
