hi, I don’t know who to contact but I clicked on my Raid app to see that it had started from the beginning :( I had manny shards was in the middle of a tournament anyway to get my account back asap. name was el vfairie

Hi, I had an account named Oldstone09 and I haven't played in that account for a couple of months and kind of missed out on some of the story. Also, i would like to change my starting champion. So, could I delete my account or reset it?

I reinstalled the game and lost my whole account. My name was LukaszS. I spent so much money in last few weeks. Would be shame to loose it all.

I went to log into my account today and it had restarted me and reset my account. I was at level 45ish about 1900gems I tried to run do the app and bring myself back to my game and it just brought me back to level one I can’t talk in chat either to ask questions on how to do anything... Why the hell would this happen this is a joke It has my Amazon account to attached to this low level account to why the hell would that happen I want my account back

I just had the same problem, i tried linkinf facebook closed out the app then it restarted.

One of my quests is to link my plarium ID to my game, it says it's already connected when I go to my account but when I open my quest it still says to connect it, I didn't receive my rewards.

Hi I'm kenmin1969 I invited a player and neither of us are getting our bonuses. She did go through the link but nothing for either of us. Her screen name is shaminner1978. Please help. I'm not able to create a new ticket it doesn't show on my game where support is it just says create a new ticket but no place to do that thanks.

HEY everyone its Sala !
Lost my mobile a few days ago on the bus hence i've been inactive .... i was in Gold 4 approaching Platinum .... got a new mobile yday and have been contacting Plarium to send me a link or access code to get back into my account so i can start Raiding again but why's it taking so long ?! I got proof of all my champs and transactions i've made prior to losing my fone ..... =(
