Hi guys! I need your help! I’m using IOS and recently i reseted my account by deleting it from my iphone storage. When i tried to download it again everything seems fine until i choose my champion. The screen has a downloading text and a circle with 6 percent on it. It goes to 7 percent but doest go up higher. The problem is i cant do anything but to follow the tutorial up to the first stage of the campaign which the screen stuck or hang at the loading screen of stage 1. I tried re-installing the game multiple times but still no progress. It always the at the same loading screen. Any solution will be greatly appreciated since i really love this game now.

Hello!

If you want to start a new game, you can connect your current account to Plarium ID (you can use any email for that purpose). Then log out of your account and create a new one using the Touch to start button on the main screen.

It isn't possible to delete the account. If you want to start a new game, you can connect your current account to Plarium ID (you can use any email for that purpose). Then log out of your account and create a new one using the Touch to start button on the main screen.

I updated the game and it was uninstalled on my phone since then I've re-downloaded and I've had to start again can I get my old game back when I don't know the ID code?
