As usual, if you complain to support they send out a standard blurb, without reading what you wrote. #1 is blame your Internet, and then a mess of suggestions to go to this or that site, start using a VPN, etc, lots of garbage. If you fire back at them to at least read your issue, they sometimes give a better response. Although really all we can do as users is reset the game cache (not your Internet cache), or reload the game, or reinstall Plarium Play. Currently the server has been down for about 4 hours, when you try to sign in and go to FAQ they have a server status block. It looks like over 10,000 people are having trouble based on number of replies to "does this help?"
