They're generally pretty good with giving compensation packages. Oddly you usually get more from that than you get for spending real money.

I mean, keeping people in the game with the chance they might spend money is important. And there is nothing more aggrevating to players when they can't play a game because its down lol. So yeah it kinda stops people getting mad and quitting i guess

I was super close to getting another void shard from an event. I hope they give us void shards for compensation.
