Welcome to Raid - I'm new too (About 8 or 9 days in), the server appears to be down; first time I have seen it go down.

i press upadate and reinstall and still can't login

Six months playing, there were problems but this is the first time it takes them so long to get the server up .. 

They say 2 o 3 hours... that was an hour ago

I sent a ticket in to support and they made it seem like it was just me and something on my end with their try loging in via VPN or via Plarium Play... blah, blah... tried that... still nothing and it's like they are oblivious that it's down.

it started working for few minutes and stopped

nothing! Not on Facebook

got problems allmost every sunday, why can't they do maitenance on a workday , sunday is only day i have lots of time to play, game down since 11am
