Same issue 

I have ascended two Champions from each faction, and it's registering 12/13. What a waste of potions.

I’m having the same issue, but none of mine has counted!! I’ve wasted a ton of potions.

Same issue stuck on 11

Having same issue have went through and ascended 2 or more of each faction stuck on 10/13

Same issue, stuck at 2/13. Tried ascending all selected heroes to full thinking i misundersood the instructions.

I’m stuck on 11/13. Wasted so much potions already its frustrating. I’m a spender but thinking about quitting this clown fiesta of a game. 

I have the same issue, tho for me i have 0/13 ascended even if i have ascended like 5 faction types.

Same here, did every fraction still 0/13, tried it with my other account and every single counts

Can the developers please fix and auto let everyone through that challenge i have used 40 potions. Please FIX

I have the same problem.  Stuck at 1/13. Now matters how much I try.

Same problem here, main account at 4/13 and 2nd account at 0/13

Yeah I have 0/13 after many attempts at ascending. Im still fairly new so this hurts my limited potion supply! i sent a support ticket in so i hope it helps, it would stink missing the weekly loot becuase of a bug!

Only 6/13 

Please fix this, I did it once again different champ’s more carefully, but it remained the same, only 6 counted.

Same issue for me, getting stucked at 8/13 while i ascended 2 or 3 champs of each faction...
