Ive accended over 100 champs , stuck on 9 of 13 ... Done multiple of each faction , I rarely complain but where is support for this game?

Same here - I have ascended all of the factions but my progress is stuck at 12/13 (I have noticed that after ascending fourth champions it was displayed as 3/13 instead of 4/13).
Could you fix it somehow? I am not even able to check which faction is not ascended so I can't try it again.

Having the same issue. This morning i ascended 10 different factions and only got credit for 1/13. If we don't get all our mats back, as well as the ones we ascended "de-ascended" so we can do it again with the same amount of mats and get credit for it, this bugged challenge should just be auto completed for everyone.

So, is Plarium ever going to answer or give a solution to the bug? One of the worse patch updates and fixe i have ever been through for anygame with little to no support

Same for me 11/13 completed but I have done them all and kept a list. I did 2 banner lords first (chevalier and courtier) and the counter stayed at 0. I tried a few other factions and it counted them so I went ahead and did all other factions but stupidly did not check it every time so I don't know what other faction did not count. At the end I did another banner lord (myrmidon) just to see and it still did not count it. Very frustrating to say the least. And yes, in game support is frozen for me as well.

Same here. Methodically went through all factions, twice. Stuck at 11 / 13.
Plus, when I click on support, it just sits on a loading screen. Can't even put in a support ticket!

Same, have 7/13 and have done multiple on each faction now, and farmed tons of potions. Fucking shitty bugs, you should give free energy, or complete this task for everyone who PAID MONEY to have weekly bonusses. Jesus Plarium is just not a good company tbh.

Same thing on my account it says 9/13 . I used so many potions and gems going back threw to do them again. Finally I got smart and checked for bugs smh

Undead Horde - Frozen Banshee
