I am still having trouble accessing the game. The protection i have on my laptop keeps telling me that there is a virus attached to Plarium Play download,and keeps moving it to quarantine...have sent a file away for analysis, see what they say....The issue can be related to a particular Antivirus. Our devs have checked the exe file and no viruses were found.
Please try downloading the file by this link. This is x32 version of the app for Windows.I play with PC (windows vista) and I can't install the new Plarium Play in my computer. So I can't continue to play?
It's possible to continue to play in the last version of the game?

I have found that you logged into the game. Could you please specify if the issue has been resolved?Am not able to login - going on for days. Game stops at 92-94% load. Have tried on multiple computers (all Mac) all using current version of Chrome (Version 70.0.3538.67). Followed all suggestions, clearing cache's etc. Set up another player, can log in fine, what should I do?

I am sorry for your loss. There were no issues with the game server recently which could prevent you from entering the game.

Finally got messaging working after 5-7 weeks (i've lost count) except that it still freezes if i delete Leonadas messages & have to reboot game. This is on the Thracian Frontier server. Also the Acropolis does not scroll & the tabs on the Emporia bar via events keeps disappearing & why after choosing an emporia type (ie miners etc) & sending troops does it flick back to all types again so i have to go through tab selection over & over again for each one ?

If you play on plarium.com, please try installing Plarium Play app.
Also, have you tried loading the game via Incognito mode? Please try launching the game in another browser, to check if it loads. E.g. Opera and Vivaldi browsers.have troubles with chrome_elf.dll, recognized as malaware by kaspersky and deleted. I need to know what version of this is used in the plarium play, so i can try to put the correct one. The one in your installer is going directly to alert the antivirus and been deleted.
By the way, I am dependant of Play, because of loading problems with all the browsers I had tried. Sometimes, very rarely, it is loading in Chrome or Vivaldi. Honestly, I will probably quit playing under those conditions.

(It is confusing to keep stopping to tell players to use your app when should be able to see using OSX / Mac?)
Our devs are working on the app for Mac. It should be released soon.
Please try clearing cache and cookies in your browser for all time. And in the case of OS X, Google Chrome browser works with WebGL the best. Make sure you use the latest version.Andrea N said:
