Those who have been transferred to the WebGL platform. Please refer to this thread and make sure your hardware meets the minimal requirements for the game. You will find the links in the title post. Also, please clear your browser cache and the cookies for all time. 

As for the desktop app. Our devs are currently working on the app for the Mac OS. Unfortunately, the app is not available for Linux users. 

I have informed our devs about the issue with installing the desktop app on Windows x32 OS. This case is currently being investigated.

Hello.  Having same problem.

I use a 32 bit OS on Win 7 pro. I  tried admin's suggestion  to  copy Plarium play app web link. Then change field number at the end from 64 to 32.  The app downloaded, but it cannot run.  Computer said' app is  64 bit version, not compatible'. (??) Tried to repeat, also tried not changing 64>32.. Same result. Cant run.

This is serious.  For 32 bit users,  browser version is not playable.  So slow, crashes after short time.   App not working.

I tried the game app on my friend's computer. He has  64bit OS Win 10.   No problem. Actually, the new game  is very good on 64bit.

PLEASE FIX for 32 bit OS - play app and browser version.  Thank you.

why weblog since the day we got all FORCED there, works so slow? even the day before was not that slow (and dont began with its cache, cookies, etc etc because its not from our end...)

logging is slow or impossible

playing means clicking more than once to get something done

many actions bring error windows when there is no error

Hello, French player under xp pro, I downloaded the new plariumplaysetup.exe, but it does not work, I always have the message: it is not a valid win32 application !!

Thank you for your efforts, but I do not like the planned obsolescence of devices that still works !!

actually most the problems had been reported since january and had been ignored (some reported by myself) and are still there and i feel i work as game tester and not being paid....

but my first question is/was why suddenly webgl goes so extremely slow since the day we were sent there. (and dont began with its cache, cookies, etc etc because its not from our end...) and you dont need all the steps from bugs as the problem is loading, yopoen game and have to be minutes and minutes or even refresh to enter game, simple to understand

I still cannot get into my city, i have tried different ways to get in, i downloaded Plarium play again on Firefox, Opera, IE but nothing happened.So i uninstalled it once again... I am on Chrome now, and there's nothing. I have to use a friends laptop so i can get into my own city...
