Hi everybody, 

I upgraded my iMac to a 16" M1 Max 64 GPU and now my game isn't loading. I think I've done everything I could but obviously it hasn't been enough to make the game work.

Never had any issue on my old iMac, migrated from FB since the beginning and now I'm about to give up trying.

I download the game, sing in, interact with fellow players, etc ... But when it come to play, click on play at  first it appears a quick black winddow then turns to white and nothing happens.

PLEASE HELP!!! IF ANYONE HAS GONE THRUGH THIS PLEASE HELP ME GET OFF THIS MISERY!!!!

Hello Commander. I am sorry to hear you cannot get in after the upgrade. Are you connecting through a VPN perhaps? If so try again with VPN off. If this isnt solving the issue I advice you to ask Plarium Support for help as I am unable to do that from here.
