Apparently i am banned in the Global chat as well as Clan chat. I read through the rules and terms and am in no way in violation of them. I am active player who has spent $$$ on this game. I use my clan chat to help other clan members in progressing. I use Global chat room to recruit clan members. I do not curse solicit and or disrespect anyone. This is now the second issue i have had with this game where I have not gotten a response from an admin. Again I have spent $$ on this game, customer service should be a priority.

Also been chat banned myself for advertising my clan and what prog we are on. Think this is ridiculous just trying to expand and progress in the game. Spend so much in the game think after reading this forum that it starts from last year in July and still hasn't been addressed I'll stop spending due to the fact my money hasn't been used on the correct fixes.

It just happened to me.. I got banned from the chat for talking about speed artifacts. I have never disrespected anyone or cursed in the chat. I have literally only used the chat to ask for help and advice. I played the game for 2 or 3 days now and spent about $150

I've never talked about anything not related to the game..

I was talking about the speed artifact set I just bought. Which hero to put it on, etc... BOOM! Banned from the chat..

The guy I was talking to even said "BANNED for talking about speed artifacts? lol"

Come on now... I've seen people talk about sex, drugs, I've seen people curse... I only talk about the game..

Over two days ago i was banned for no reason, i was trying to recruit new members to the clan and was explaining to them what clan bosses drop and was trying to help them in chat.  The bot banned me for no reason.  i have posted and send moderaters multiple messages over the past couple of days with no reply whatsoever.

i am a streamer and a streaming advisor and coach to multiple streamers on twitch.  I am not just some random person posting a bunch of crap because i got a refund or something with some sort of nonsense.  this is a serious issue to me.  I have multiple people that are trying to talk to me in game and ask for advice and i cant even respond so it makes me look like a terrible person or as if im ignoring them.

please fix your robots for auto banning.  im pretty upset and unsatisfied with the lack of support and very suprised with the amount of money i spent in this game.  If this issue isnt resolved i probably wont spend anymore money on this game because im punished for doing so

Hi guys! Same trouble here, just post one single message for recruit, and then, ban for 7days!!!! What's going on? If we cant try to recruit, no need to try to make a team! Now can't post nothing, even in clan tchat! 

 Please do something about that!

Hi. Yesterday I was banned from chat until the 28th. I was on channel 101. I have no issue for being banned for doing wrong, but all I was doing was answering questions about clan boss keys to a new clan member. I was wondering if this was a moderator ban or auto  ban and what the offence was. User name is LadyFlash. Thank you.

Hello there lovely people!

I too have been chat banned. It's only a 7 day ban, but my clan needs me! If my ban was warranted, then I accept my ban with apologies. If an error, I'd be much obliged if my ban were lifted :) Although I do need the break from managing my baby clan, they need the support.

I understand that you moderators must be absolutely inundated right now, so thanks for taking the time to read my plea.  Also, I'd really love a Big Un ;) All jokes aside, thanks for hanging in there and tending to our requests.

what process can we take to have our chat ban reviewed as ive seen a lot worse posted on channel chat without a ban

7 day ban for it very average indeed if i had sworn bullied etc totally take it on the chin but not for the use of "cra.p" exactly how it was spelt
