Hello this is the second time in a week that i receive a random Ban. Can someone please assist with this issue?

I have been banned from chat twice within a week. This was unprovoked and seemingly without any underlying reason. The first time I didn’t report it to support. I sent a support ticket the second time (just a few hours ago). I was in the middle of a helpful conversation about what artifacts to put on my champion when I was kicked out and got that message. This was quite infuriating. I understand these things can happen. Please, someone, help all of us out. Thank you for your time. My id is: um22007664 | 21649646

I am totally good with chat bans, and will accept a fair sentence. What really grinds my gears is a 3 year ban.

Well, I am chat banned and having the same issue as everyone else here in this thread.  I recruit for my clan but never post more than once in a channel per day.  Without warning, I was chat banned for three days.  I  tried contacting support to find out what the threshold is so I don't repeat whatever was the issue and have received ZERO guidance (only an automated response).  

PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE OR AT LEAST BUILD IN A WARNING FEATURE SO PEOPLE ARE AWARE THEY ARE TREADING CLOSELY TO BEING BANNED.

Chat banned multiple times for “spam” 

I’m being banned repeatedly for spam. Apparently talking in globa is now considered spam. This is beyond ridiculous and is the 3rd time in June already each ban being lifted as placed in error. Please address this, support are useless in game just the usual cookie cutter flannel that I have sent a repetitive message or used words identified as spam. 

This is not the case the spam bot filter needs addressing or you will lose many more players

The ban should only be for a few days. There are many reasons this could have happened.

They're working on making it better.

I just got a 3 year chat ban, and I want my matter resolved, I have not breached the tos, but I have been insulted and threatened on multiple occasions, and the offenders are getting away scot-free, and they are also close friends of the moderator who resides in channel 69 named Dragon Paws, and there are obvious conflicts of interest going on here, favourites being played, nepotism and corruption

here's an example of how close Dragon Paws is with some of the offenders who insult players regularly, and this texan guy also made death threats to me, yet he is not banned, playing favourites.

This is just crap! I was banned for what recruiting clan members in chat? The person that banned me should be booted from the game for abuse of power in the game.  Plz fix this asap! I have two tickets with no reply. um15217315 | 14994280. Just seen the post about channel #69. I did try and recruit in that channel. Again boot the channel monitor for abuse of power. I was also in 420 channel and was told not to recruit there as the clan legends 420 run this channel.  Now that clan needs to be banned and that channel monitor.
