Happens so often in the last weeks. I got banned 2 times... one time because I posted a message twice (server was lagging and I didn't even see that first message got through)... one time because i used an "@"-sign to address a specific person in the chat... you should hire an expert when it comes to machine learning and not just do some cheap scripting :-|

Got chatbanned too, for searching members. Postet only once per chat. Im clanleader and need this chat, please fix it for both chats!

chat banned on XcGambles for clan recruiting, need a unban before noon or im refunding purchases and done with the game, how you ban a clan leader for recruiting when you have bots spamming all damn day?

YEEESSSSS!!! Thank god I'm not only. I couldn't even file a ticket to report bc of the automated system! I was simply recruiting and only posted Once on each channel I went to with the name of the clan. I was shocked to get banned for 5 days!! So I was in global chat, English 4, talking with folks about song lyrics ("I Wear My Sunglasses at Night"), when I was chat banned.  No idea why.  Wasn't aware that talking about music was a TOS violation.  I would appreciate a reversal of this bizarre chat ban and would like it to never happen again in the future.  See attached:

Incredible... 3 ban in a months..

No spamming no offensive word... 

Today is finish at 12 am last ban and now another ban. 

I like this amazing game and I spend money but this mistake is incredible...

I write Italian word settimanale and the bot delete settim****** in Italian is like weekly...
