I feel like a Yuletide Calendar that went all the way to the end of the event (like we have for Fusions) would go a long way toward eliminating player frustration in an event like this.  Honestly, the hardest part about an event like this is that you can't plan.. A really fun part of the game for me is planning a path to improve my account.  (I actually laughed out loud when I saw the Plarium Play calendar and realized it doesn't actually go into the future!)  Really awesome use of developer time there!

currently at 1020 snow pts  but expect to get another 40 from the Winter Path this weekend

However.........decided I will pass  on the  last two 50 pt tokens  in the Winter Path and pass  on the 200 snow pts in this summons  =  Passing up 300 pts so far/ leaving me with only 200 pt wiggle room going forward

Worth noting I spent 25 mil silver  of my 30 mil silver to complete artifact enhancement and out  of shards

Still free to play on this Tormin event but really getting pinched  now :/

DISCLAIMER !

I just used 14,000 energy (of my 180,000) to complete the winter  path. I realize many FTP will not have such a resource storage

I ran 12/3 campaign using some of my multi balltle storage (6000) and my energy storage(180,000) to level up champions which gave me  enough snow pts to complete the winter  path

Which basically means I am only passing up 200 snow pts from the summons (which I cannot make up because I have 0 shards)

so now at 1180 pts towards Tormin and still 100% free to play for Tormin

OH forgot to mention that running 12/3 campaign revived  my silver by selling shields and back up to 28 mil silver :)

I'm very tight on shards too. But I've been stockpiling Broadmaw fusion champs and am gonna fuse several of him to finish theChamp Chase, with some Relickeepers if need be. 

Fortunate to have those saved, and I can thank forum hero RoseRoyal's advice from years ago for my hoarding of permanent fusion food.

I decided i wanted another tormin as it will finish my faction guardians, thus boosting my 2 x gnut.

Its hard to know if i am on target though, i am sitting on 1280 points but have expended a heck of a lot of resources already. I finished the champ chase with about 1500 green shards.

well you are 100pts ahead  of me so I say that means  you missed  out on 100 pts so far = giving you still a 400 pt grace left

I didnt finish the winter path- as an ftp that would be extremely hard to do.

Does anyone have a list of Tormin points that have been offered so far.  I have 1100.  I need to make sure that I can still finish the fusion.  

Feel like his event was a trap ...

Winter's path being a huge red flag forcing to get full summon rush or champ chase , all while the second half  of pts will force you into upcoming fusion event ... 

I learned a lot about how plarium does events and fusions his month , wont be fooled in 2024 :P

I'm at 1300/1400 missing last 100 in path for now.  May end up with 50 more if I train and pull green for the big stone tomorrow (tbd).

before the Fire Knight tournament starts, if you've done everything (including chase + path and login packs) the answer is 1400 points maximum.

Nothing is a trap anymore. It's just a constant stream of events where you need to pick and choose which to do.  Time and $$$ are limiting factors, but choices are endless. 

I am 1160 and will get 40 more from Winter.   That is better than I expected.

Sunday at 12  noon  1430 snow pts so far and everything completed   o.0

To my surprise I was able to finish the summons (by summoning 2000 mystery shards) for the  big 200 pts token and finished all the winter  path (meaning just for the snow coins  finished all)

So with 2 weeks  left and getting 20 pts free each day thats another 280 pts I will get . So basically I will need to gater around another 300 pts  from tourneys/events  in next 2 weeks

Feeling pretty good good about  completing this without spending  any $$$$

To claim to not have spent money is a little disingenuous. From your posts you are a spender and have a lot of resources from that spending like your giant pool of energy.

Maybe you didnt buy this week or during these events but your spending gave you resources you are using to complete this.

I went into this with 180,000 energy / 6000 multi battles / 30 mil silver (not much) / and an honest amount of shards  IMO

But for  ME its FTP ;)........so far and I have been tempted many time to drop a dime. But have not spent during this fusion  on RAID anywhere  or any way
