Of course not all champs are meant to be nukers. I fused Pythion and the increase res Sylvan watcher (forgot her name, Oella or so), and I was definetly not interested in their damage multipliers. But what is this champs purpose, if not being a damage dealer?
Yep. It's fun cause Rowan was my first void a long time ago, love using her in CB teams and takeovers, and have been asking for fun damage scaling since I joined the team.
Damage scaling off of speed can get pretty crazy if in the proper teams (see Rowan's damage below), so I am looking forward to seeing his multipliers and if we can get this guy into some teams.

Hard Fire Knight speed and accuracy booster, and multihitter.
Hydra speed and accuracy booster and AoE provoker.
And we get to take all the turns while doing that. And sustain our teams with leech. After that, getting damage is just a bonus.

It will be new champs that are released with him. We'll know the specific ones much closer to the fusion date.
I've never once based a decision on multipliers, base speed, ... blah blah. 100% of evaluation is based on the skill kit and passive.
I haven't ventured into hard FK, so no clue as to viability there. I know another magic attack champ that hits like a wet noodle that does pretty well on normal. Just an unbooked epic... anyone check her multipliers?
To make sure I'm understanding his passive: In hydra, every time he casts his A3 he gets +30 spd, yeah? so after 4 turns he'll be at his max speed?
Also, I'm kinda hoping for a new best base speed, like 120 or so. It's definitely a cool champ, but since I'm drained from Michinaki it'll all depend on the fusion schedule.
in Hydra (his turns)
Turn 1: A3 => +30 speed
Turn 4: A3 => +60 speed
Turn 7: A3 => +90 speed
Turn 10: A3 => +100 speed
In this rotation, getting him to his 10th turn when paired with Shamael will be very quickly done. On paper, i think i still prefer Nekmo, but we'll see how this guy actually performs, he might be equal or better.

Is this just a question of using gender-ambiguous pronouns, and the intent is that it is increasing *this champ's* speed? Because the way I read it, it increases *the buffed champ's* speed. IE, after using this 20 times, your entire team is 100 speed faster.
Curious to know if his passive is per-round or per-fight.

I still think he'll be quite good, but not even close to as good as I'd originally thought. Given that I have Kimi, Nekmo, and Boragar, I'm not entirely sure there's space for this guy on any team. I'll likely still get him, but I expect he'll sit in the vault.

If you can do the fusion (and hey, i'm one who almost always skips them), go for it. Speed is still king in many areas of the game, so this bunny will help you somewhere.
Maybe some of you dont understand the true power of this passive. Just go and try add 100 speed to any champion build. Aside from boots and the already present substat on your pieces, to add 100, you need double or triple rolls of speed EVERYWHERE.
He also doesn't lose his speed boost when he dies and is revived. So that's nifty.
