So, finally the response from the ticket came through, and even though I hate posting on forums and being negative in general, I'm compelled to say that it might be one of the worst experiences that I had with a customer service ever.
When the promo code failed the second day, I got the promo code from my girlfriend's amazon account, since she wasn't going to use it, and tried with that one. I thought "It's saying invalid code. Maybe since I tried claiming it as soon as it was released, the code is bugged or something, let me try another one.
Well, apparently just for trying to do that, "They can't verify that the code is mine" and I won't get anything. Which is kinda odd to me. You can ask for my credentials, you can ask for a ton of different stuff to make sure that the code is mine. But just straight up saying "Sorry, you are screwed" is not a good customer service in my honest opinion. Screwing your customers, people that are paying you money, for trying to solve a problem that your own company created, is beyond ridiculous.
And again, let me reiterate. At this point, I don't even care about the champion itself. What I do care is seeing how the company treats it's customers.
I'm sorry if this post is a bit too inflamatory, but I'm honestly shocked at the response I got from customer service. I had to read it twice to make sure that it wasn't a joke.
I have still not recieved my GENBO , I have been waiting for this prime promotion carrector for two weeek now you said ou would sort it by last weekend, this is not acceptable . maybe if you dropped some of your money spinning adds you might have time to put things right for your customers who shovel money in to this game.
No Genbo here. I've been trying since Feb. 2nd. Gone back and forth in emails with Raid several times. Sent all the info I could think of. What a rip. Obvioiusly they can't fix their own problems, so we get left in the dust.
Been 12 days now of waiting for Genbo and still nothing. Have had a lengthy conversation in a ticket and it's just the same responses over and over again. I've provided more than enough proof of my issue and nobody can even tell me what the issue is. I got Amazon Prime specifically to get Genbo and now I'll likely never get him. Just overall ruins the feel of the game. Really disappointed in Plarium for this one.
Still waiting for GENBO. DM to mod s requested, no response whatsoever. Pretty poor show
