25 days since I initially claimed my Genbo and I guess it's safe to assume they aren't giving it to us anymore. I've provided more than enough proof that I have a valid Amaxon Prime account and whenever I ask anything in my ticket, it's met with an automated message saying the case is still under investigation. This is the worst crap I've ever had to deal with in a game. Is it even worth the risk trying to claim the next drop or will it just be another month of battling trying to get the rewards I was promised?
Sorry you are still waiting. The case still being under investigation means just that. I was told Support has to look at each one that is similar to your case one by one, and it is taking some time. Personally I expect you to get your champ when they finish the queue of tickets. I would suspect the long long queue of fraudulent ones have slowed things down for you and others, and I'm sorry that is the case.
As far as your next prime drop, I don't see them having this same problem again.
