I have made 3 tickets and no one has done anything.
I will say that extra tickets won't speed up the process, it just slows down the process for anyone else in the queue. As I've said 100+ times in my DMs, and many times here, please try and be patient as Support works through the queue.

I didn't get my Genbo, they told me to wait till the 12th and now after this, I'm doubting even that. Why hide what's happening? You'd think giving us ALL a date would quiet people down but now we're being censored? Sorry Harle, you personally have been awesome but this is just doesn't seem right.

It's just the ToS of the forums here... and of the RSL discord, and etc... you're not being censored, we just don't share direct emails and messages. Otherwise I'd remove this accusation of censorship too. lol
Howabout instead, you just DM me your ticket number with support and I make sure you get your reward? It may take me a couple days, but I will work on it, just like I have worked on everybody else's too.

Just to be clear and upfront, She's not hiding anything, nor censoring you. She's going by the forum rules - as she mentioned - which you can find here:
Specifically 3.16 which states there is to be no sharing of private correspondence between yourself and the Support team.
So let's slow down a bit on the accusatory tone. :) @harleQuinn has spent many hours in the past week trying to sort this out for players while being upfront about it all.
