Lugan's AOE heal is based on damage. 

Nia in Lifesteal could spread it, too, but her multipliers are low since it's an AOE.

Leech can do it, too. Here comes my Uugo in a Miracle Heal.

I do not believe the Leech or Cont Heals trigger Miracle Heal. The Leech debuff belongs to the enemy (not the miracle healer) and the Cont Heal belongs to the champ wearing the buff.

Was hopeing Miracle Heal on Opardin would have been more helpful, but nope... 0_o

Sorry.  I think using 2 siphi and Teo is great.  I was laughing because you are probably the only one on this forum with that 3some :)

My initial thoughts were I that I would need a siphi strat and non-siphi strat, my alt has siphi but main account does not.  I never considered a double siphi strat :) 

Update, Not sure if it's the miracle heal or Leech, but they are keeping Max HP. Except for Kymar, who is bugging for some reason - he's not getting his Veil heals and doesn't look to be under veil

No, I mean Leech as in healing not based on Max HP. When their Max HP is eroded, it's so hard to recover it because most heals are based on Max HP......which is in the toilet at this point. Heals not based on Max HP (Lifesteal, Leech, Lugan's A1) could be the key to recovering enough Max HP.

My thoughts was if I can keep my hp up i can go the distance and with them both doing sleep I'm bound to always have it on him then It's just doing damage which takes forever 

Elenair can't resist the hp burn and also does two poisons can't beat that 

I don't have him. But can be cool. I put in Stag Knight, but now the damage is lacking.

Mine is too squishy. Seer could probably do it. I'm thinking of building Maeve, as well. 

That's good thinking I started looking though my list seeing who can be a good power house for damage 

Maeve's 70% chance of sleep on A1 seems good, and my Seer has decent Accuracy. Although I hear on hgiher stages, the boss has insane res, higher than Iron Twins. 

Youd be right about that I don't have the acc to go past 15  I heard that you need from 16 up high end of 400 to 500 acc to land and speed you need 280ish to go first but I have see some creators going second not really minding since he has that one turn cool down on sleep as long as he doesn't lap you 

Seer seems to be working, but I'm sticking to lesser potions right now. Duchess and Rector work well, but the boss hardly ever sleeps. Seer and Kymar obviously have the who Karma Burn + Cooldown rest. That leaves Helicath, who may be replaced by Maeve, but I may need to switch Kymar to Brimstone. 

They need a champ to have unresitiable sleep and brimestone seems to help my martyr out during the battle it's not a big help but every little damage helps

Got to 19, then ground to a halt. Using too much energy so will let someone else work it out and copy them
