Can you add me to the list too please? I went from placing in G1 to S1...I've spent the last month or so getting back into gold tier to complete the romantu mission. 

I submitted a ticket, but got a very generic response. 

So, nothing is going to be done about this? 2 weeks of progress just wasted. Nice.

Good luck, after a week of silence from them I get a response that it would be unfair to compensate for their mistake. 

Unfortunately I suspect that nothing else will be done with the existing issue, and the greater focus will be on making sure that the system is working properly with the next reset.  Any compensation has already been sent out for it (which were the tag team arena refills and free energy).
