Ok so I'm just remembering what was weird this morning.  Last night I was barely yellow for s3, thinking I might drop, but woke up still in s3.  Normal? Except I collected gold bars for s4.  Don't hate me!  Is it possible I won a lot of defense battles before reset?  I was a long long way from green when I last checked before reset.

I should have checked early this morning.  ATM there is no defensive history.  My teams are mediocre and I would have had to win, I imagine, 20 series or so.  I was just slightly in the yellow.

Now that i think a bit more, it wouldn't matter if I dropped, gained, or remained.  If I were in s3 all week I should have gotten s3 rewards.  Odd!

Great, they had just about solved the issue until you added a new wrinkle... back to square 1 :)

It's def not, I do not want this to happen again, and Plarium is specfically looking for such occurances to make sure the bug is fixed properly.

So anyone else checking this, if you got a weirdly higher reward tier than you were in, please DM me so they can investigate. They're won't come for your rewards, just need to close the issue.

Tag arena, should have been promoted in rank, was deranked.

This action puts me a month behind, it will take two weeks to get back to where I should have been, and in those two weeks I do not have the chance to gain the ranks I should have been in. So two weeks from now I can be where I should be at today, but those two weeks are wasted...... one month behind...... 

Surely you must be able to apply a fix for this.

Better yet, since there are HUNDREDS of people posting about this in bug complaints on discord you could post an update in some official capacity to let your player base know what is going on.

Stayed up till reset and stayed green going into G1... stayed in silver 4.

Was in green in G1, went into S4.

Was in green in S4 2mins before reset, wasn't attacked but didn't get promoted to gold 1. So frustrating as I've been stuck at the mission to get to g1 for a while now.

I'm sorry, but 4 rag team arena refills isn't a compesation. They have all the data to know who was placed in the wrong tier and can put us in the correct one

Everyone got the same useless compensation gift, yet not everyone was affected my this issue.   Awaiting for you to make it right. 

Was in the green in Silver 1 and ended up in Bronze 4.
