Ok I'll try it here since they get closed with no response where am I supposed to post a post about how support is ignoring players I have now had $50 worth of paid for product stolen from me by the game with no response my next step will be to contact the rcmp of Canada to start a fraud case since plarium will not respond to me

Hey Thorkan!

I know I responded on the other post but the reason why topics are closed is because that subforum is only for bug reports. There are too many tickets and complaints that it's hard for the support team to read and respond to all them properly. So if the topic isn't related to that forum, it'll be closed to save time. Support isn't deliberately ignoring you.

Since we're getting off topic, what was your original issue you had with the game? You said that $50 of product was stolen from you. Would you be able to specify? If that was the problem you had, there is a specific subforum for payment issues. This would allow your post to get more attention since it's in the right subforum and would allow the support team to properly look at your issue.

They did look at the tickets and then closed them without responding I have lost alot of gems due to connection issues and a response of some kind would be nice other then locking it so I cant say anything and telling me they will respond when they have time when the tickets clearly say at the bottom that they have been closed after weeks of no response some of my tickets were from before the game went live

Oh and btw maybe fire who ever responds to google reviews or teach them to read english the response to my review looks very bad

I am starting to see no option after my latest responses if I havent gotten any type of reasonably intelligent response soon I will be forced to start a civil or criminal lawsuit

I was actually told to quit making new tickets none of mine are closed yet at the bottom it clearly says the ticket is closed open a new one

I've also been ignored for the last two weeks on my support ticket. The customer service rep hasn't replied to me to resolve my issue despite multiple responses from myself to try and progress the ticket. It's disgusting customer service.

Doesnt show a ticket number in the ingame support for me or I'm not sure where to find it anyway just shows my id#

I link to this discussion for clarification. 

I sent a ticket yesterday to the assistance that has not yet been answered concerning the score of the arena. 

Monday 01 April at 1 am I had more than 2200 arena points. At 7 in the morning I reconnect, I picked up the trunk of the Arena gold 1 category and returned to the Arena I found myself in the silver category 4 to 1982 points. 

Over 220 points disappeared. The diary shows only 8 fights with a difference of -18 but is it normal to lose over 200 points?

Can you give me an answer please?

This is for Dhoorgan. When Arena does the weekly reset it also resets every account to the minimum for that tier. So at reset you would have had your points set to 2000 same as everyone else in Gold 1. Then you got beaten and lost the 18 points putting you into Silver 4.


That's just how the arena reset works.

In my case I had 2216 points and a partial -18 in the diary. 

It is not reasonable lose 216 points (there are many wins fight).. I could understand if the partial is calculated before the reset and not after.

So at least I stay in my category.

Hello... I bought an special offer of 49 dollars... got charged 64 dollars.. was suppose to get 2 legendaries(orange) summon scrolls.. only got 1.. can someone help me with this??

Help, I've only been playing a short time. The game crashes during battles a lot costing me energy, and now I'm missing champions. Tayrel dissapeared some time ago and now Krisk is missing. I opened 50+ void shards and was excited to get a legendary then poof he's gone. I'm having a lot of fun in the game and don't mind spending some money to make it more enjoyable but not if things that I work and pay for are going to go poof. Please help.
