I understand that but you know that if we lose money and time (free time) that planed for rest and this game we lose we dont have more time to planed and finish events or just play , and some had hedstart it's unfair for most players and community it's not your mistake but dev nead to make things right now not wave with ... on players

Please contact our Support about this. This sounds like an extremely weird issue that we will not be able to help you with on the forum.

Um... ya it would be cool if there was some time added on to the tournament as many dont have the privelage of playing when ever they want. And this down time is very detrimental to the progression of most players and paticipants

such a bummer. first day playing was a few days ago, game was great. had a blast. lost time and 8 hours later had to get off. came back next day to update and nonstop connection problems. 99% of the time i can no longer play on mobile data, despite my connection being fine. wifi only for me.  except now i get repeated connection errors, re login attempts but never works. (support no response yet it seems) hope this maintenance makes it work. unfortunate to get to hooked and throw some money down on a game im enjoying to face so much problems keeping me from my new addiction. hope its fixed soon! cant wait to play again! i need my fix haha

We are letting them do their job, we are also as paying customers entitled to complain, if they can't cope with disgruntled customers then they are probably in the wrong business.

Thank you for the info. It's very frustrating when I clear the dungeon level and then the connection issue happens while posting the result. Why even allow the fight to begin with ?? Seems like a bug to me. Took me 5 mins to bring down the higher level magic potion dungeon (twice) and both times lost the result due to connection issues. Now I don't know if it counted towards the tournament or not. Please don't allow any fights while issues are on going. Thank you for this awesome game and your continuous support! 

Compensation would be nice, even a small one.

Also this might too much to ask, but a button/graphic showing whether a particular level has already been cleared for the tournament will be nice and helpful.
