At the moment we are experiencing some significant technical issues and the server had to be taken down for maintenance. We have no estimates of the fix at the moment, but this thread will be updated once there is more information. Your patience is appreciated and rest assured that our team is doing everything in order to bring Raid back up as soon as possible.

In the meantime RAID told me my energy was full and I shouldn’t waste it ... like those 125 energy that I will lose now will make a difference after losing and unknown, but sure bigger amount today.
Please start taking down the server earlier next time. Can’t count the lost energy due to whatever mistakes your technicians are making when updating and maintaining ... just take it offline, do the work, put it back online. Can’t be that hard ...

Cirilla did confirm on discord there would be compensation. I think they are going to wait until they get game stabilized before determining what that will be.
And why you do not give any information on twitter, or your facebook page? I try to log in several times or kicked out of the game. If you give a little info earlier, your community can see, that the issue is on your side.
You do great work with this game. I hope, that you find the issues and bugs soon.

It's unfortunate about the technical issues but be reassured there's alot of love for this game and I myself can appreciate the hard work that's gone into this outstanding title.

I have no access to the official Discord server right now as it is well past my work shift. I did, however, pass the link to the thread to people who should be able to post and I expect it's been put into announcements already.

Bummer of a time to release the referral system. Brought a friend in with a code (that didn't work after he deleted the game and tried again, going through the tutorial each time, SIX times), and he's already done with the game after that and today's issues. Bummer.Putting it mildly. We will get this fixed ASAP, so whether or not your friend decides to give it a try again, please do pass him our sincere apologies. As you can imagine, we are not exactly happy with the situation either.
Having chucked a lot of money into this game, I must say I am rather disappointed.. I understand and appreciate the amount of work that must go into making this game, but I and I think many more people expect a lot more.
I hope that the compensation will be a lot better than just 2 CB keys and some energy.
