Wheel of Fortune discount has not changed in 2 weeks

Hi  l have always had my WOF change types of discounts every day or so , but now it appears to be stuck on a 60% rubies for sketches discount for about 2 weeks. is this normal or am l bugged.

It's a bug that they are still trying to weed out. For the time being, the Support is handling players one by one, so please contact them and ask the to unstuck your Wheel.

ok l sent a ticket , no response, however the wheel moved to 50% discount sketches for rubies. l am getting the sense that this wheel will not move unless l buy some sketches. has anyone else had this issue and do l have to buy a sketch to make it change Discounts.

no it's random but some players have had issues with it getting stuck, if the issues continues pls contact support again

if you havent got a reply make sure you check your spam folder

I've never heard of buying actually unstucking it, and I wouldn't recommend trying it as it will likely just waste you rubies.

You should've gotten at least an automated response. If you don't hear from a real person and the problem persists, the automated response has instructions on how to respond without sending a new ticket. In my experience, the Support is more attentive when they receive followups than when they receive the initial one.

My wheel of fortune has been  stuck on barrels for over two weeks. Ticket was sent in over week-end, auto reply was received, but still on barrels. Guess I'll just have to be patient a couple more weeks while they get it resolved.

It's Wednesday now. I think it's time to use the "reply" option in that automated response to tell them that the problem persists and (re)ask them to look at it. You're not gonna let their bugs be more persistent than you, are you? ;-)

Greetings Pirates

 My wheel of misfortune has been stuck on 50 %  haven defense for the last 2 weeks also 

This is a real problem as i have all lvl 5 haven defense already

Ticket sent 1 week ago 

I received the auto response Right away but that is as far as it went 

Still stuck on some thing i have no use for 

Please do not tell me to submit another ticket Crowbar 

It does't do anything 

After 2 weeks and numerous tickets from members you would think they would have fixed this 

But hey they have been trying to fix the mail bug for months

Did you see what I suggested to awmllr? Reply to that automatic reply, so it's the same ticket, not a new one. The Support sometimes responds better if they see you're not giving up. ;-)

Other than that, you can message Alyona with your ticket number and ask her to look into it.

Personally, I prefer the first approach (a reply to their automatic message).

I was told the auto reply mail when sending does work they see it's been replied to once and check ..

Mine is stuck on 50% resources and if Pl can't fix them all at one time, 

it can stay there. Their loss, my gain as the saying goes. 

I won't beg a company to allow me to give them money.

Well said. Mine is still stuck on barrels, which I've never bought. I sent a ticket last week-end. Got the auto reply. If that wasn't enough, then I don't care if they don't.

I wrote back to this automatic answer today and got the answer, they will send this to their quality team, to see if there is really a bug. And they will close this ticket now. Well, other ideas Alyona or Crowbar?

my wheel of fortune has also been stuck - unfortunately it is in unusable prestigepoints.

real advantage for all those who find themselves in during resuscitation or the discount to get good ships...

I have sent a 2nd ticket , and replied to the 2nd auto reply, even giving the info about this thread I started. letting them know how others, are now having the same problem.  It has been 5 days, and still no reply.Is there any news from the Devs.

@ Alyona Your reply here is typical and almost laughable 

If there is a bug ? No we players write here because we like your replies   NOT

Almost all in members my BH have the same problem 

I just wish my wheel of misfortune was stuck on something i could use 

A discount on upgrade etchings or rubies would be nice 

But we all know that's not going to happen

All cases are investigated individually by Support. Unfortunately, there's no way we could help you with technical issues on Forum. Forum is a place where you can receive some help with gameplay issues while all technical ones should be reported directly to Support.
