Trying to transfer my Accounts to the APP They go over great. Problem is when I log off my Laptop, and then log back in, there is only one account in the APP. I have cleared my History. I am not the only one with this loading Problem. IF we try to reinstall, we get the message that it is already installed into our computors.
Also How do we change names. Some of us can not do that eather.
Any help would be appreciated
Lessa, I've asked about this things and I got these replies for you.
For the list of accounts, they said you should uninstall the app and install the latest version. If it's still misbehaving for you, please include some screenshots to help them understand what is bothering you.
As for your other question, here is how you can change your name.
First click "Edit Profile":
Then edit the name and click "Save":
I hope this resolves your issues.

Juan, the supported Windows systems are 7 or later. There are no official solutions for XP. Maybe you can try Puffin browser, but that won't give you rewards.
By the way, Windows XP support ended in 2014. It is a security risk to run an operatin system that has been without support or updates for that long. It would be advisable to upgrade if possible.
good afternoon, i have previously downloaded to the new migration of plarium games. funny thing i do not have an app for plarium on my pc. when i download the pirate game im still in the old version format. when trying to save my progress to palrium its is asking me to update to the new plarium site all over again. here are my current locations for each pirate game. 1) golden coast X;1236 y: -1435 2) pirate bay x: -1435 y: -2629 (scott hadley) 1) golden coast x: 1060 y: 10 2) pirate bay x: -2855 y: -275 ( danyel fuller) so i have played both accounts (scott & danyels) on the new plarium format but soon i will lose out on the rewards you are offering for switching to the new plarium format those i could use desperately. not to mention when i downloaded to the new plarium i lost my accounts passwords. those i cannot retrieve as i cannot access my e mail address. i cannot change them either i have to use the current ones only to get into facebook period. help me understand how i can successfully download to the new plarium but cannot access it without reloading it. i really need someones help in this matter a.s.a.p. i have been playing pirates for over 5 plus years . i will say i do need new pc,s but i dont have that kind of cash , my emaill address is compromised the last known e mail i recieved was in august. a friend request to scott hadley is my best option please make it happen.
Graham and Giuseppe, it seems that the app is glitching for you, as it is for quite a few other people. I am afraid I cannot help you with this, as the usual remedy is to "completely uninstall and install a freshly downloaded app". That won't help you, because you have just installed the fresh app.
Please, file a bug report here. The Support should be able to do more than I can.
You should be able to keep playing in the browser for now, while it is being resolved, but likely not for much longer, so it's crucial to contact the Support.
